Today I had a hearing, and while we were waiting for it to start (it was me and a number of other attorneys who had cases against different respondents), one of the guys in the governing panel said to us, "So this sure looks like a bunch of hardened criminals! When do the lawyers get here? HAR HAR HAR." I internally rolled my eyes, but I mean this is basically a three-man jury who has to rule on what we present, so obviously I'm not in a place to be snarky. I just kind of smirk and don't give it much other reaction. After like a two-second delay, the girl who works a few offices down from me breaks in with, essentially, "HAR HAR HAR." I nearly lose it because it's the exact same reaction I wanted to give.

So I guess that means I'm in love now.
