I know it. I always defended Washington state as having good weather despite the frequent drizzling, just due to how moderate the temperatures are. Mind you, there's always the threat that a massive earthquake will suddenly up and ruin (if not end) your life without warning, but the weather isn't bad at all.

I don't find Indy's weather too terrible most of the time though. Chicago gets hit by twice as much snow as we do.

We have always been told to let the cold water run a little so the pipe doesn’t freeze. Well we did that in the kitchen, but neglected to run the hot water and the hot water pipe froze. Then I accidentally **** the cold water off for 10 minutes yesterday and that pipe froze as well. Now I have no running water in the kitchen and it sucks.

Yeah the kitchen is the only area that happens. On a fun side note, I ran out to the grocery store and the cold water unfroze and started running since I had both faucets wide open. I guess the stoppers were down and I one noticed until it was too late, so I had some nice mopping up to do when I got home

I gave up on the Good Place after S1. I thought it was fine, but didn't want to keep watching for whatever reason. Brooklyn 99 is another show I stopped caring about by season 4 or so.

My favorite new network comedy is Single Parents on ABC. Really smart bits, good casting, feel good, funny.

Haha, no. Gary Cole stars in "Fam" on cbs. Which I refuse to check out just because of the awful show name.

I don’t get how these shows actually make it to major networks with those names. Niche cable networks, okay, maybe I guess. But CBS, ABC? Really?

Really hoping that game has long-term negative effects for LA in terms of Belichick having given out a blueprint of how to defend them.

Not sure how much to put into the so-called Super Bowl losers' curse, as obviously it isn't a "curse," but I also doubt it's coincidental that so many who lose the SB aren't even in the playoffs the next year. Whether it's the mental hurdle of being able to get up in the same way after falling just short of the top of the mountain or what, there's probably some sort of real effect there.
