But it's weird, because I fancy myself as an independent thinker but it's like I've let the AFI and IMDb spoonfeed me what's good or something if you saw my favorites list.

To be fair, I still don't see the greatness of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, and I watched it at least twice in its entirety (caught bits other times). It's fine I guess, but it would struggle to make my Jack Nicholson top five.

The Pianist is another one I couldn't get with all that well.

I'm guessing from your top two that you like war flicks better than I do. I'll watch the best ones but I'm not a big fan. Glory was absolutely amazing though; that's my favorite war film.

I also recently saw All Quiet for the first time. Solid movie.

Another one of my favourites that would probably be mixed in there is Joyeux Noel, but I left it off because it's more seasonal.

Reservoir Dogs and Lebowski are my favorites on moorobot's list. Both awesome. Goodfellas awesome as well. But I haven't seen Cool Hand Luke or The Deer Hunter.

I just got done playing an 8 hour session of $5/$10 nlh/plo only to lose $15. I hate playing for so long and having such a small swing.

As much as the WWE is great at video packages, I must say CBC Sports has put out some of the best ones I have ever seen.

Whether it be hockey, Olympics, or even skiing, nothing can get a guy jacked up like watching a CBC montage. Seriously.
