Not that you're necessarily wrong, but man, shoot me in the head if I have to be at a social gathering where everyone goes around the circle just replaying that initial Q/A three times with a cheesy socially-obligated answer that is non-responsive to the actual question.

Also, if Funkhouser had any part in actually choosing what the question was, it's doubly tilting that he would throw that question out and then answer it in the opposite of the spirit it was posed.

Adding to this comment from awhile back:

I thought that the 2010s were going to be an improvement, but holy **** has it been bad recently.

I went through the list of Billboard number ones Wikipedia page, and it's been 2.5 years since there was a #1 song that I can I actually say I liked. And most of them were actively offensive. Bodak Yellow is in the running for one of the worst songs I've ever heard.

Just had Papa John's for the first time. Not as bad as some of you guys think. Not amazing, either. There are pizza places I prefer for sure, but I'm never gonna actively balk at someone suggesting Papa John's.

I don't think there are a lot of people that put Papa John's at the top of their most despised chain pizza places. Its fairly passable as long as you know what it is and what to expect. Most chain pizzas tend to be this way. I can't think of any that I find truly disgusting that I wouldnt eat if thats what the consensus was.

Was at Howl at the Moon last night. Early in the night I went on a mini-rant against Matchbox 20 to one of my friends (I think another lame song from their era got played). Fast-forward an hour or so, and in introducing the next song one of the band members says, "One of you has asked me to go back to the 90s..." I was instantly optimistic and shouted my approval. "...got a little Matchbox 20 for you!" Then he started playing "3 a.m."

Especially with me blindly shouting my approval of a 90s song before I knew what it was, I couldn't stop laughing.

Oh, I do have to walk that back just a little.

For some odd reason, Papa John's individual pizzas that get offered in stadiums are legitimately sort of great, and way way ahead of the usual pizza they sell. Perhaps I'm just grading it generously due to it being far better than normal garden-variety stadium food, but I'm jumping at the chance to buy those individual stadium pizzas every time.

But I'll be deep in the cold cold ground before I actually just order another one of their full pizzas from one of their locations.

Back-in parking is the most convenient for a quick getaway, and I do it all the time. For some reason I imagine LKJ throwing a Yosemite Sam type fit whenever he sees someone do it.
