I had some hope for the future because HHH has been encouraging developmental wrestlers to learn how to create their own promos as opposed to relying entirely on writers, and because of NXT, and because HHH supposedly really loves old St. Louis wrestling (which was a bit vanilla but it made sense and would be a big upgrade on the nonsensical myopic fantastical booking we've seen). But this puts something of a damper on that. Driving away or burying or ****ing up guys like Punk will devastate the product.
If you write to them telling them that, then they'll know that you're IWC by virtue of knowing about this at all. Naturally when they get an angry letter saying, "I'm done watching your product. Regards, IWC Member #225974," their response is "lolz."

Pardon my ignorance but what is IWC?

Reason: I could but I don't feel like googling right now.
Like I said, I'm not going to threaten to stop watching because his own wife went back, but I think if they get a mass of angry e-mails, more importantly linked to network subscriptions, you'll get their attention. I don't know what exactly they'd do differently that we'd be able to know about though.
After responding to CM Punk's claims on Twitter yesterday and posting a photo that was obviously meant to mock the former WWE champion, Ryback wiped out his entire Twitter profile, deleting all of the comments made.
As reported last night, Ryback wrote, "For the record if I quit for being fragile and insecure I would make up excuses too. Things didn't go my way for a long time and I kept going day in and out. Slander is a powerful thing and to state complete made up nonsense for no reason shows his insecurities. I will continue to bust my ass study matches every chance I get, cut promos when driving and push myself for hours on end even when hurt. Thank you."
On Colt Cabana's "Art of Wrestling" podcast, Punk referred to Ryback as "Steroid Guy" and claimed that Ryback injured him numerous times. Punk also claimed that when he confronted Ryback and accused him of doing it purposely, Ryback responded that he was just "dumb."
I get the guy wants to defend himself, but I also guess he seems to be one of the ones who wants to end up dead in 10 years.

Will push himself even when hurt? His nickname needs to be Stupid, Steroid Guy.
doc not doing jack about MRSA is beyond awful, not a surprise they rush people back too fast from injury though especially considering they are "independent" contractors who can't work elsewhere and if you don't work you don't get paid.
didn't care for punk whining about how HHH didn't like him, he's got a personality that a lot of people don't like, just shut up about that. I'm sure he was brutal to try to work with at times.
Don't they have like 2 dozen writers and yet nobody can write something for anyone beyond the next PPV that makes any sense? It can't be hard to build some people over time with feuds that make sense for their characters; but they definitely don't do it like that. It's a lot of rand.org or let's turn big show heel again.
Punk has a very good point about these guys that just show up win and leave. It's terrible for building up the future.
Man, I hope the firing on wedding day was sent via overnight air just from the added wtf.
We'll never see Colt or Punk in the WWE again it seems though Vince wouldn't care if he could make $. HHH though is probably a bit upset.
Setting aside the mistreatment (primarily the medical negligence stuff), it was definitely an annoying aside to hear him confirm what was long suspected, that WWE literally doesn't plan ahead past the most immediate program at all. That's even worse than a situation I also thought possible, that they map stuff out and then change their mind too often. Not even attempting to think ahead means that spikes in quality are never going to have lasting power until Vince dies/retires, unless they just manage to string together a nice "fish on a hot streak" thing for most of a year or something.
According to Wrestling Observer, most people in WWE are glad Punk put out this podcast, even people who dislike Punk, because it got things out in the open that they are afraid to say. But Hunter and Stephanie have an "abject hatred" of Punk and are furious.
Was also disappointing to have our fear that they didn't have the long term plan of Bryan winning at Mania in place when Dave came back confirmed. Which also means we can officially thank Minneapolis for fighting back against the E's final attempt to make facetista happen at Elimination Chamber.
Not sure how u can come away from this thinking any aspect of this podcast warrants a negative reaction to punk. I mean, sure, the triple h stuff was petulant but considering what the guy had a hand in making him do it's amazing he wasn't more bitter about it
Hopefully 'cm punk' chants come back and never go away now. Except during ryback matches where it's just endless roidback and steroid guy chants
I mean I come away from listening to it thinking that he's probably not the nicest guy (biggest tip being his good friend saying "but you were probably a huge ******* to lots of people, right?" fairly early in the podcast), and who knows if I would actually like him IRL, but whatever...I'm glad he exposed all of this, and like SRM I can't blame him for being bitter either.
