I feel like the doctor comes off worse than anyone in this. I'm also glad to hear that Punk called out HHH for not putting him over at NOC and killing some of his momentum during the Summer of Punk.

The Punk stuff reminds me of a big article done in far-lefty journal Jacobin a few months ago about wrestling in the 20th Century.

If you can distance yourself from the explicit political agenda of the piece (Wresters of the world, unite!), you'll still find numerous instances of wrestling management screwing over talent (the Dynamite Kid stuff is hard to read)

Full disclosure; I'm not a big fan of unions, especially ones with compulsory membership. But on balance a pro-wrestling Union would be a good thing in WWE.

Nothing in there really surprising except for the medical stuff (concussion/MRSA). That's seriously ****ed up.

Assuming this is all true (and like LKJ said, it's all believable), then the only question I have is why the hell is AJ still there?

I was kind of thinking the same thing then thought I can't really have the "I'm gonna stop watching" moral outrage if his wife went back to work for them. I hate that he'll never entertain me in the wrestling world again, but I'm just glad he got out when he did and eventually got healthy again. This does open up a can of worms about so many wrestlers dying so young if they're being physically abused like this though.
