Apparently Punk sells really well online to the older audience. Maybe Bryan's younger audience is counterfeited by Cena? Not sure though. I was surprised as well with the numbers.

Confirmed here. I'm 36, and the only wrestling merch I have bought for myself since I bought my Rock v Austin shirt at WM17 is a CMPunk GTS hoodie. It actually doesn't have that I AM WEARING WRESTLING CLOTHES look like so much of the stuff does. Plus, how better to tilt people at poker than wearing a hoodie proclaiming yourself best in the world, ha.

Well, also bought the classic purple Macho Man tee when they had a sale on those, but that didn't seem as relevant.

I think the interesting thing about those viewer breakdowns is that Orton does worse than Bryan despite being at one time the highest paid wrestler on downside guaranteed and is probably no worse than just behind Cena now.

The offer (at least mine) was for this bet with heavy odds, not just 1:1.

It sounds like you should be giving me odds if anything.

(The offer is still available up until RAW, at evens obv).

You couldn't have possibly taken that post as non-trolling.

Would be pretty cool to have Punk beat Kane and Bryan to beat HHH to set up a fatal-fourway at Mania

Lol, that was probably pretty stupido of me, considering that he is also claiming the whole CM Punk quitting thing is a work, but people seem to genuinely believe that Bryan will win the title at WM (including you iirc) so I figured I'd give it a shot.

Would be a true "Wrestlemania moment" if Bryan is put in the main event just to lose to Batista. Cena's music hits and we see shades of Wrestlemania 9 as a disgruntled Bryan points for Cena to enter the ring and go after Batista, Cena astonished looks back and forth with the crowd before snap-delivering an AA to Batista to take the gold. Mania ends with Bryan holding Cena's arm and confetti is coming down into the ring.

One time

I wouldn't mind that except I would add Hogan holding Cena's other arm since he's hosting WM.

If they go that route they should just have Hogan win the title for maximum lols.

(I would legit mark out, f the haters).

Cena going over Wyatt is hardly shocking considering he jobbed last year twice cleanly.

Bryan winning is common sense.

US unification is now hitting reliable sources weeks away so will likely happen and get rid of one useless belt, because both are pretty worthless now with a serious lack of appeal.

Hogan had major back surgery and was ruled out of a match by a doctor, and failed two tests so him saving the day won't happen unless its something laughable. Wrong on that blover, and other than stating the absolute obvious in Bryan, you continue to amaze me.

That was a legit sweat but when the show went to the last commercial I was just about positive he wasn't coming out. Wouldn't have made any sense at that point.

I think Punk not being on that show was amazing. Even if he was available it's vwp imo. Danielson needs to ME WM now.

yeah its been pointed out, but my post was a joke referring to the post before it:

I don't really know what odds I would put on him leaving as champ. Surely not good enough to avatar bet with someone who doesn't post that much when I post an excessive amount, but still well above zero.

I do think that Bryan has to be somewhere around 50% to walk out with the belt, but it does depend a bit on the contract Tista had signed when he came in. I do think Dave would change and let Bryan go over if it was truly best for business though, he doesn't strike me as the diva drama queen rock was.

Lots of people think punk's leaving is at least semi-work.

It really starts to blur the lines when we realise that this could end up looking like a work even if the initial walk out was legitimate due to vince bringing him back too

They do? Lol lots of people then. I mean if it's somehow a work then it's a really, really bad one. A casual fan who doesn't check the internet likely has no idea what is going on and would have probably forgotten about him until he was briefly addressed last night. Frankly I don't give a **** whether he comes back or not now whereas he was one of my favourite guys a month or so ago.

And yeah I missed the joke, lol me, but if you think it's 50% why are you demanding "heavy odds"?
