WHOA! He said nothing about going to impact when talked with him not too long ago at a signing at a sports card show here. He was nice enough to talk with us and hang out for an hour since worked with his Uncle, met more of his family too last year.
I've always liked the part where Kevin Nash and Sean Waltman thought that the Montreal Screwjob was a work that was so compartmentalized that people in on the work didn't know about the other people who were in on the work.
Man. Another doesn't make it to 70. Let it never be forgotten that Lanny Poffo once defeated Hulk Hogan on national TV. RIP.
Great dude. Always wondered why he never ascended from bottom-mid card when his brother became a mega star. Capable worker and plenty decent on the mic (given the material he was given to work with).
I still remember as a kid WWF advertising a “weapons allowed” battle royal for a Pittsburgh house show and LP advertising that he’d show up in a full suit of medieval knight’s armor.
Edit to add: Check out what I found:

What the ****, the wrestling curse seems to extend to family not even in the wrestling business.
Just in the last couple of months, Kevin Nash's son and now Arn Anderson's son have passed away. Both former wrestlers are among the Conrad family of podcasts too.
On one hand, he's a health nut, which is conducive to long life. On the other hand, he has probably taxed his heart with steroids along the way, so he probably shouldn't be around that much longer.
However, since he is both prominent and evil, that adds 5-10 years. He might still make 90+.
