Hopefully he takes it easy and works a lighter schedule without doing a bunch of stupid moves. DBry is permanently over enough that he doesn't need to kill himself in a match anymore.

It's a little weird that he is likely tagging with Shane at Mania but has been siding with KO/Sami a lot.

The timing is curious. Bryan has said within the last week that if they're not going to let him do a one off match at WM that they'd never let him wrestle again. Then Meltzer reported two days ago that he doesn't have a non-compete clause when his contract runs out in September. AJ also legit hurt himself at a house show ~5 days ago and has missed house shows since which some speculation has said that Bryan could somehow replace AJ to face Nak at WM. idk how much I believe the last part as it'd make no sense but I've read it a few times from not credible sources. More likely to be in that tag SR mentions above.

In the category of "not nearly as big of a news story now," Big Cass was also cleared to wrestle.

Since he has no program, I'd guess they will just wait until after WM for Cass.

Taker didn't show up. Kane did instead. Cena vs Kane next week on RAW for the lolz. Obviously not going for Cena/Bryan. I'm kind of glad that's not happening either because their SS 13 match was perfect.

Samoa Joe and Jeff Hardy are also rumored to have been cleared. Though plans are for them to return after WM.

Other rumors involve Alberto Del Rio possibly coming back to WWE.

Why? He's been cleared without limitations. I don't get treating him like he's glass. Sure he doesn't need to go all out every week on SD! but for ppvs? I don't see why not.

Allegedly, Bryan has to get examined after every match, because of his condition.

You can see how gently KO and Sami treated him--not even coming close to contacting him in their strikes. No one wants to be the guy who sends Bryan to retirement again.
