Don't make me cry. Swann dancing was the best thing in PWG. It's sorely missed.

edit: the best part was that he didn't have to awkwardly pander to the camera after it.

He has to be finished with the company I assume. Not only is it a toxic environment for this sort of thing right now, but it totally ruins his on-screen fun dancy guy character even if they somehow looked past the incident.

I actually think there's a decent chance Enzo vs. Gulak was the plan. Their characters have natural friction and Gulak seems to be getting over a bit. The face/heel dynamics seem weird but that's been the case for awhile on that show.

This is < a week after Meltzer did a podcast saying that it looked like Brock wouldn't defend the title at the Rumble despite being advertised to be there. Additionally, he said that Vince doesn't want Braun to face Brock again because 1) it'll slow Braun down and 2) the match sucked the first time. lol Big Dave

Guess I'm the only one watching this Jericho/NJPW stuff but it's pretty awesome. Jericho is a full blown ruthless heel and different to his previous characters. Loving the build for this, feels fresh and new.

I watched the attack on Kenny. I just felt it didn't belong itt and didn't feel it warranted bumping the puro thread

. It was really good. It feels odd that they're seemingly giving Kenny a face role here. It's hard for me to get that excited about a one off match though.

Apart from waiting for the Japanese translations I thought the whole thing was good. Awesome promos from both. Kind of wish Jericho had been able to say **** face in the WWE though because that made me laugh.

This is my issue, too. I'm hoping against hope that Jericho actually has a multi-match deal and then might actually win at WK. But that's very unlikely, so we're all 99.9 percent sure how this will finish.

It was a great segment/attack, though, and I like it precisely because it sets up a "street fight" feel that's out of Omega's normal routine. Also, if we were to go ahead and kayfabe, then certainly Jericho would want to turn the match into a street fight as he surely can't beat Omega in a pure athletic contest.

So yeah I'm digging it, except for the bolded in the quoted text.

The promos are great. Biggest worry for me is that Jericho has clearly lost a step and wasn't able to get good matches out of Styles or Owens (who are able to have good matches with a lot of other wrestlers).

I don't expect the match to be that great especially since the result should be pretty obvious. I'm still kind of looking forward to it though, it's kind of like a Hogan/Rock situation for me. The build has been awesome and better than anything in recent memory. Everything they've said in promos makes sense and has some substance or backstory, it's not just random words about not liking someone. It's not complex either, it's simple and old school and just works.

Vince is starting his own company called "Alpha Entertainment"
The company will have nothing to do with wrestling.
The company is 100% funded by Vince himself so it doesn't tank the stock price.
There's a very strong rumor that he's going to restart the XFL but not named the XFL.
Vince probably believes that the ratings he got that kicked him off NBC last time would be just fine in today's day and age.

My thoughts: LOL and I hope this happens.
