The other three matches are tag titles, divas match, and battle Royale match. Apparently the only ones set in stone are HHH sting and reigns Brock

I'd like to say Bryan ziggler match would steal the show but they will probably only get 10 minutes with that card

If Bryan-Ziggler is going to be a thing, I think it probably has a longer expected match time than Bryan-Sheamus would have.

The issue with that storyline in WWE is that David always wins. Which kind of defeats the purpose.


Also Ziggy/Bryan at mania could be incredible. WM will be worth it just for that if they can build that up to be the top of the midcard and give it a long enough time. 99% chance it steals the show.

I really hope they can just do face/face though. Neither of those guys should turn heel right now and the match will be entertaining enough without needing a turn.

Theoretically, this seems like a good card outside of the waste of Lesnar in what is unlikely to be a really good match.

We know Sting is coming and old so they may as well put him against another non-regular wrestler, and the match is going to be about the psychology and not the athleticism so HHH makes sense.

I can't stand Wyatt and Taker is about 50/50 to be completely done and I normally don't give a damn about Taker storylines so put them together so they don't foul anything else up.

Rollins/Orton and Bryan/Ziggler are obvious good matches that haven't already been done to death. Cena/Rusev makes sense also, and for somebody who doesn't have a rep as a great worker Cena matches are usually pretty enjoyable.

But I have no faith in them building things intelligently or setting the atmosphere well.

Here's to hoping Bryan/Ziggler ends in 12 seconds after Sheamus runs out and brogue kicks both of them, standing tall to earn his WM moment.

Gotta say that this card sounds horrible.

Last two matches are fine, but probably would get <25 minutes between the two when they each deserve about that much on their own.

So we have this undefeated guy? Oooh, I'm so excited that Cena gets to be the first guy to pin him!

No interest whatsoever in those first three.

Any mystique about Taker at Wrestlemania is gone. Why should I care if Bray beats him?

Don't give a **** about Sting, especially in ring. Average age in that match will be over 50.

And what we all think of Brock/Roman has been made perfectly clear by now.

If those first three matches are the "main events", then you have 4 of the 6 guys who have had only five matches (by my count) between them since last Wrestlemania (Brock 3, HHH 2, Taker/Sting 0).

I guess there's still a glimmer of hope, since we all felt pretty negatively after Royal Rumble 2014 and Wrestlemania XXX turned out amazing. But I think we're starting at a lower point here than last year.

So is Ziggler going to turn heel?

Cena winning the us title would really be awesome for the legitimacy of the belt if done correctly.

That's a damn big "if".

Makes me sad that Luke Harper won't get a 15 minute WM match with someone that can really go.

Or Harper vs 'Taker > 'Taker/Wyatt. Pity they didn't book him properly at all since he came back on his own.

You mean the part where he destroys some low card heel like Rose/Cesaro/Bo/Mizdow three weeks in a row before getting screwed out of the title by someone that "matters" like Big Show. And the next week the US title holder gets left off the show while a Cena/Show promo main events.

Ugh, it's painful to think about.

I'm not even a Taker fan, but I think people are writing off Taker/Wyatt way too quickly.

The one nice thing about Roman being hte new Cena is that it may make them more likely to turn Cena and/or put Rusev over him.

I don't love the idea that Sting/HHH seems to be starting with an in-ring segment, but they've been pretty good with it so far. If you assume some of what's good about NXT is HHH, I think there are reasons to have faith there.

I really hoped that the Wyatt Fam stuff at the Rumble was setting up for Harper and Rowan to tag again. I'd be down for some like 4 way tag stuff with Wyatts/Swinging Cats/Ascension (ugh)/Usos/New Day.

While Luke's my favorite, I won't be upset if he's one fhe dudes in the Andre thing (they really should do that every year). If that's all Dean gets, I'll be pretty bummed.

In the ring, those two are very likely only working good matches with workers at least one tier up from them at this point. They're both in that "carryable" category where they don't completely suck in the ring (well, this is TBD with Taker at his age, we don't really know) but really need someone better than themselves across from them in order to do anything worthwhile.

In terms of storyline, it's a pretty long streak at this point of Wyatt being uninteresting against everyone, even significant talents like Dean Ambrose. Partially that's on Bray, partially that's on creative for just doing the same **** over and over with him, but I'm not optimistic that they're suddenly going to have a great plan for him.
