Emotional distress for putting him through litigation and trial? Not an expert in this area, but I can't imagine there would be a meritorious legal case for recoverable damages for infliction of emotional distress. Though I'm glad the doctor's case didn't prevail, it does not seem at all difficult to make the case that he had a good-faith basis for bringing his lawsuit.

Someone is speculating that they kept Cass around, even after the little person incident, as a reason to keep Bryan out of the ladder match. (For obvious reasons, they don't want Bryan anywhere near a ladder match).

Occam's razor would say that Cass was kept around to get Bryan a win in a feud before SummerSlam since it's very likely he'll be in the title match. Sure they could've given him someone at ER but him and Cass were already in a feud. Surely going overboard on the midget makes up a good percentage of why he was fired.

I think it's a shame that Vince didn't put Vader in the hall while he was alive. They still had to be on decent terms because he used Vader in the lead up to Raw1000 and let him induct Stan a few years ago. You knew time was running out, you knew he wanted to see it, and you knew he deserved it. **** man.
