I was a Jets fan, until the front office proved that they are not out to win the Super Bowl. They instead, only want to win the back page of the Daily News during the off season. The locker room exploding last year, trading for the worst QB in the world, exploiting this QB controversy for ESPN. It is embarrassing.
I'll come back to the Jets when they;
1) trade/release Tim Tebow
2) fire Mike Tannenbaum
3) fire Rex Ryan
Pretty much. As a Seahawks fan who has had to endure far more bad years than good ones, I can't really sympathize in the slightest with the plight dnky is describing.

Yup, outside of one decade of bulls, and one year for blackhawks and sox, Ive seen a lot of mediocrity and garbage. I mean the downfall of the Jordan led bulls is 100x worse than the Jets offseason
I never considered it like that. I mean, I'm a Jets fan, Mets fan, Rangers fan, Jeff Burton fan (lol NASCAR). But when my team(s) make moves that obviously are against the main objective (winning games/championships), I am going to call them out on it. Last winter, it was the Mets, who were doing everything to alienate their fan-base. Since then, it has been the Jets job.
And as far as "oh well, we have had it worse than you!", I'll bring your attention to exhibit A. "It is better to have loved and lost, than to never have love at all.". Bull****. Knowing what love feels like, and knowing that you will never feel that again, sucks ass.
