Think there are 3-4 guys you can argue at 4

I think having him at the top is still pretty great as long as you draft well after. I think you go peak Austin from day one, which automatically makes your fed a highly profitable one even if IRM pukes all over himself for the rest of the draft, and then as long as you have someone viable to pass the torch to in 6 years or so, you're good to go. And in an 8-roster draft, some serious greatness will be available again at his next pick.

i think austin is 3 or 4 in this format. 5-9 or so are interchangeable.

I dont think thats the right plan. I think Stunning Steve and Hollywood blond Steve are great so you dont want to lose those

I think they're smarky great too, I loved them personally, but I don't think they were drawing money for WCW.

Yea but there is no point in cutting his career short. I like having someone start out as your face of the company and austin takes over after 5 years or so

austin was an active wrestler for 14 years. even if that's all i get, another decade of him being the on-screen head of the company is more than worth the pick

you wouldnt get a decade you would get however long he did that in reality. I just think 6 years as a main eventer isnt enough from the number 2 pick

You only get what these guys actually did though. His authority figure role didn't last for 10 years. At the point that he disappeared from the business after his in-ring retirement, that's when you lose him too.

Yes, in that post you quoted I mentioned his authority figure role.

I'm here, I'm trying to decide between two guys. I should have my pick up in a few minutes.

Man, six is just looking like the nut low spot to me. I think I'm going to be up against a hard decision without a correct answer.

nah ur fine. i traded from 11th to 6th (i think) in the last draft and was very happy with the result. you can argue that there's a few interchangable dudes here but theres def a dropoff after your second rd pick

I have to guess that your price is going to be too high for me to want to pay, though obviously I'd love to have Hogan.

Spoiler:

Spoiler:
By drafting the captain of Team Bring It, I get one of the most over faces in wrestling history. The man who had the biggest drawing year. The man who cut some of the most iconic promos ever, and that's just him as a face. He had two of the best heel characters ever, (Corporate and Hollywood Rock) He can work with anyone, has no backstage issues, and when he leaves my company will be known as one that turned out an A list celebrity, who then returns to my company for the biggest PPV of all time.

Dylan's Roster:
Spoiler:
The Rock

From my position, just as well for Dylan to be the one to take The Rock. I'm almost certain teejay would have taken him next. Now my sweat is still alive to get the other one that I want. I suspect teejay might take him but I'm far less confident that he will.

Well yes, I've basically as much as announced that with my last few posts.

But I mean moorobot was picking 16th for his first pick in the last draft and he had one of the best drafts, so even if my guy doesn't fall to me it's not the end of the world. I'm bracing for the snipe anyway.

Honestly, I sort of don't think I'm after who you think I'm after.

I was really hoping Hogan would slip to me at number 4, but I'm okay getting Rock. He's really easy to build around.
