Meh, Hogan has long seemed like a pretty bad guy for a number of reasons not related to the racial stuff.

But character stuff aside, he's also just not an entertaining presence anymore, even just to cut a few quick promos. If you want to trot out a legend for this role, go with someone like Mick Foley IMO.

I disagree. It's very rare you see two physical specimen like those two fight a match that doesn't turn into nothing but finishers and kickouts. They showed a diverse moveset (Drew's flip over the top rope got a pop from me), and Lashley going over was a huge surprise to me.

I mean, I know it's not Daniel Bryan kicking his opponent 67 times in twenty minutes but it was still pretty great.

AEW has made me really appreciate the hoss fight so I liked it a lot. I'm really surprised Lashley won and kind of think it's the wrong call given how into Drew the crowd was. Still feels like Drew eventually beats him, maybe at Summerslam?

Just wanna say how hilarious (and pathetic for wwe) that they broke up the IIconics (who were awesome) because they ‘wanted to push Peyton Royce’.

Flash forward X months later: 10 women in a single mania match. Billie Kay in (and featured prominently on SD), Royce way way out

Gotta say, that corkscrew splash was one of the rare times that additional acrobatics in a move didn't just seem like masturbation. The corkscrew actually made it look more effective.
