I mean I think the rest of the show was pretty forgettable and nothing too great, but as always an ending can make a show grade out way worse or way better in general, and this obviously feels like a way better show now.

Rollins as the cowardly heel (who fans like) with like half the world chasing him hard for his title has a chance to be a lot of fun

best thing about it is they managed to book themselves out of a corner, and have a million different ways to go with it now

When he first ran I though he was gonna hit bork/reigns the briegcase, end the match on dq, then cash in. Then I thought he was cashing in mid match, so he was gonna have a match vs bork during the other match, which would be weird.

I will bite. Reigns was the third wheel of a group that Rollins got over. They went solo and Rollins got massively over while Reigns decreased in popularity. Not to mention that in terms of actually wrestling, Reigns is lightyears behind Rollins.

I don't think so. They're still going to book people to go after the title when opportunities arise.

Hell, Daniel Bryan outright said what you feared when he won MITB, and he still cashed in way earlier than WM.

Pretty much this, I was satisfied. I mean, there was way too much filler (and way too many part-timers given all the full-timers that were shunted off to the preshow), but that's typical of any Mania, and everything was at least decent aside from questionable booking (also to be expected). Plus maybe the biggest holy **** moment to close a Mania there's ever been.

Rollins is great in the ring while reigns is mediocre at best, rollins passable on the mic while reigns is very poor, rollins is over reigns not so much. Also theres a big difference between been a typical heel champion and the typical superman face champion. And a big part of what people didn't like about reigns winning was him beating lesner 1vs1 clean, rollins didn't do that.

-Tag match...was what it was...the team that needed to retain did.
-Battle royal...aids.
-Ladder match..was just OK...Bryan hopefully actually does elevate that belt.
-Orton and Seth was ok...finishing spot was cool.
-Divas was ok for a divas match
-Rusev is ****ing awesome and its stupid that lolcenawins and they're taking him away from Lana
-Sting/HHH was just all of the wut?
-Bray/Taker should have never happened...that was horrible
-Main event was ****ing awesome...stiff hitting, throwing Reigns like a ragdoll, the cashin...perfect

That's always been on the table. Daniel Bryan announced it was what he was doing when he won it a few years ago. Then he just went back on his word, turned heel, and cashed in on his buddy Big Show.

It's always going to make more sense that someone wants to cash in at the right time to win than to main event Mania.
