Note Reigns left hand after the jump cut from Brock walking:
Could be a squeeze-check, but man that looks like a pass. There was also a moment after Brock hits the ringpost that it looks like he could've passed off a razor to Heyman.
Edit: The other thing is that physically, the first punch by Reigns that was a hardway, actually lead to some decently large bruising and swelling by Brock's left eye. The cut from the ringpost spot didn't bruise at all that I could see

In slow mo it looks like the ref goes in with his thumb sticking out. Doesn't look like he's holding anything.
During the spot where he was busted open he has both gloves off and keeps his hands open while handling Reigns. He is clean going into the post and red immediately after. Brock should do magic shows on the side if it was a blade job.
