Now with that out of the way, lets travel back in time to July of 1994. The business as a whole was in a cyclical decline. The WWF were in Baltimore for their yearly King of the Ring PPV. The big wigs at WWF decided that they needed that little something extra to help get more buys for the show. As they sometimes do, they decided to go with a celebrity. The story is, Kevin Dunn is a big football fan, so he came up with the idea of a local football celebrity. Well as many of you know, the Colts moved out of Baltimore about 10 years prior and the Ravens wouldn't be a thing for another two years. So they decided on an old Baltimore Colt that was relatively popular in 1994. Then for whatever reason, they decided to put him on commentary.
