Certainly not looking for tragic accidents; we are here to celebrate abject wrestling stupidity in all of its glory.
There's a bit of a grey area here in that it seems like botches can sometimes elevate already-stupid ideas to a new level, but if most of the reason that a moment stood out as awful was because of an accident rather than a plan, that's a low-value choice. Making Owen Hart put the Blue Blazer costume back on may have been stupid, but if that angle had run its natural course then it's hard to imagine that it ever would have rated well in a draft like this. Yes, it was also really stupid to send him up to the top of Kemper Arena for the sake of executing such a half-baked stunt, but that's probably not the type of stupid we're looking for.
Last paragraph notwithstanding, I guess I'll add the disclaimer that people should strive to avoid ever naming undrafteds. I did it in that last one to draw an example of what isn't a good choice.
