For my 4th pick:
The Honky Tonk Man enjoyed a great heel run as IC champ for 64 weeks, a record that still stands to this day. Thoughout this time, he shamelessly leveraged countouts and disqualifications to extend his reign, causing fans to grow weary of this cowardly champion. When the inaugural Summerslam rolled around, he was originally supposed to defend his championship against Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake, but Beefcake was unable to compete as a result of a kayfabe injury received from "Outlaw" Ron Bass the week before. The Honky Tonk Man, with no opponent, taunted the crowd, declaring that he didn't care who would face him that day. As they pensively waited for an opponent to emerge, the crowd thunderously popped to the Ultimate Warrior's music and accompanying sprint to the ring, where he easily dispatched the longest reigning IC champion in 31 seconds, a win fans like myself savor to this day. This would be the start of two IC reigns and sustained push for the Warrior, the second ending in after the undrafted Main Event of WM VI.
