Everyone says Y2J's debut was the GOAT, but IMO this was:

To this day I still consider this to be the best storytelling WWE ever did. They teased Kane for months then they stopped talking about him so people would almost forget. Then they debuted him in such an awesome way. Whether you like or dislike Kane, everyone marked out at this debut.

Taker's debut > Kane's debut > Y2J's debut

But all were awesome.

For my 4th pick:

Spoiler:
The Ultimate Warrior squashes the Honky Tonk Man at Summerslam '88 to win the Intercontinental Title

http://www.wwe.com/videos/ultimate-w...summe-26043405

The Honky Tonk Man enjoyed a great heel run as IC champ for 64 weeks, a record that still stands to this day. Thoughout this time, he shamelessly leveraged countouts and disqualifications to extend his reign, causing fans to grow weary of this cowardly champion. When the inaugural Summerslam rolled around, he was originally supposed to defend his championship against Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake, but Beefcake was unable to compete as a result of a kayfabe injury received from "Outlaw" Ron Bass the week before. The Honky Tonk Man, with no opponent, taunted the crowd, declaring that he didn't care who would face him that day. As they pensively waited for an opponent to emerge, the crowd thunderously popped to the Ultimate Warrior's music and accompanying sprint to the ring, where he easily dispatched the longest reigning IC champion in 31 seconds, a win fans like myself savor to this day. This would be the start of two IC reigns and sustained push for the Warrior, the second ending in after the undrafted Main Event of WM VI.

Round 1: The Montreal Screwjob
Round 2: Mick Foley Hell in the Cell Bump
Round 3: Edge spears Jeff Hardy off of a ladder at TLC in WM.
Round 4: The Ultimate Warrior squashes the Honky Tonk Man at Summerslam

My fourth-round pick:

I'll still do a bit of a write-up, but this pick can be summed up in six words:

Spoiler:
STONE COLD! STONE COLD! STONE COLD!

The main event of WrestleMania XIV was Shawn Michaels vs. Steve Austin. Earlier in the year at the Royal Rumble, Austin won the Rumble for the second straight year, while Michaels retained the WWF title defeating The Undertaker in a casket match. However, during the match, Michaels suffered a back injury, which would relegate him to commentary/Commissioner appearances for the rest of the year after WrestleMania.

The deck was stacked against Austin. Michaels was flanked by DX cohorts Triple-H and Chyna, as well as "Special Enforcer" Mike Tyson. But it didn't matter. The "Austin 3:16" era had been building for two years since the '96 KOTR, and it all culminated with the Stunner that made Austin champ for the first time.

SO GIVE ME A HELL YEAH!!!!!, as with my fourth pick, I select:

Spoiler:
March 29, 1998 - Boston, MA
Stone Cold Steve Austin beats Shawn Michaels to win the WWF title for the first time

My roster so far:
Spoiler:
Steve Austin's "Austin 3:16" speech
Bret Hart wins the WWF title for the first time
Razor Ramon wins the IC ladder match at WM X
Steve Austin wins the WWF title for the first time at WM XIV

Sigh at Bigdaddy's pick. Really wanted that one. It certainly wasn't getting back to you. And it looks like I'm up. I'll cook something up pretty quickly.

One of the most iconic moments of the early WrestleMania era; I don't care how much moorobot dislikes it.

Spoiler:

Macho Man reunites with Elizabeth and turns face at WrestleMania VII. Easily one of the coolest face turns in the history of the company, for my money. Obviously it helps that Savage is in my personal top five all-time favorites.

Meh I was gonna take that Savage/Elizabeth one. Fast writeup because I'm going to bed in a min.

Spoiler:

I'm taking the finish to the HBK vs Undertaker match at WM26. Jumping tombstone of death and the end of the career one of the greatest wrestlers of all time makes for a great moment.

Spoiler:
Team:
Hogan slams Andre
Scott Hall debuts on Nitro
Benoit wins world title
Jumping tombstone of death/end of HBK's career

Well, this makes me feel better about the pick as I had a few others that seemed really close.

Hard not to get misty eyed seeing this, especially since Macho and Elizabeth aren't alive anymore. Also, you could gif-mine the hell out of that clip for ladies bawling their eyes out.

I'll keep the Macho Man/Elizabeth theme going and take Randy Savage slapping Hulk Hogan at The Main Event in a match against the Two Towers which officially served as the end of The Mega Powers.

Official ruling: yankeys can basically go ahead and pick again, provided that he doesn't want to pick a troll moment for whatever reason.

Teejay is like asleep now though so no rush.
