WBM greatest ____ tournament interest thread - Wrestling -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

Basically what I'd like to do is compile 64 (or 32) of the greatest wrestling matches, finishers, entrance songs, MMA fights, KOs, etc and put them in a NCAA tournament style bracket until WBM votes on an eventual winner.

This will certainly take a while and would probably only be able to do 1, maybe 2 a month, but it'll certainly keep this forum lively with something to look forward to.

I'd assume one of the bigger boxing fans wouldn't mind doing greatest rounds, fights, etc.

First I want to do greatest wrestling matches OAT. What do you guys think, 32 or 64? Please give youtube LINKS (don't embed) to matches you want to nominate for this draft.

Any type of help/ discussion / opinions on how to make this run the best is wanted.

the first one was pretty bad. it's not that entertaining because they take so long to set things up throughout the match. the WM X-Seven match on the other hand is tremendous with little wasted time and has run ins when you think it's going to get slow. WM X7>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>SS

it's a shame the true best of the best will be left out or not make it deep into the field. see joe vs kobashi, joe vs punk, danielson vs mcguinness, and the list goes on.

My opinion: the ladder match between Razor and HBK at WM X was better than the SummerSlam one, though I understand the video is available of one and not the other. I'd still nominate the WM X edition between the two for sure.

If we're going with 64, and I think it would be cool to, Punk vs. Cena should totally be on there. I mean I probably wouldn't vote it into the Sweet 16 or anything, but I definitely think it should be in the field.
