I'm so jealous of anyone who lives close enough to a casino to play live poker all the time. The closest casino to me is roughly 8 hours away.

I somewhat agree with this. If I lived closer to a casino (45 minutes away) then I would have played A LOT more when I was really in to it. I was a profitable live player, but I sometimes wonder if that would have continued if I would have played constantly and it became a grind. I haven't played live in a casino in over a year, and maybe 6 months since I've played with a bunch of friends.

It's certainly my weakest for ringwork, but also my strongest for draw. I've tried to go for balance above all on my card, and I need to make sure that casualfans.jpg tune in to watch all of the other awesome wrestling I'm going to put on.

To an extent, yes. But I've tried to constrict myself to a pre-attitude era timeframe in order to put on a cohesive and believable card that all meshes. It currently runs from 1989-1996. Maybe that Jericho comedy bit was '97.

By the way, what was the bell-to-bell time on your last pick? I'm not seeing it in your post.

I really hate internet smarks...

Dave Meltzer (who absolutely hated the WWF and everything about it) gave it ***3/4

Scott Keith gave it ***1/2

I found three other reviews of WrestleMania VI on 411mania. One guy gave it ***1/2, another gave it ****1/4, and another gave it ****.

You can criticize Warrior and Hogan for their workrate most of the time, but they really brought it in this match (especially Hogan who did one of the best carry jobs I've ever seen).

When you take into account the atmosphere, the hugeness of the moment, the shock of Hogan putting him over totally clean in the middle of the ring...I still consider it a classic.

But if not for the draw factor I would have just abstained I'm sure.
