Usually I look forward to the PPVs, because no matter how bad the run up is, the in ring action is usually good enough to make it very good entertainment. But these matches with the ridiculous gimmicks are borderline unwatchable. Can someone tell me why Swagger and Del Rio are having a chairs match, or why the need to make the tag team title match a ladder match? Was there a title controversy I missed hence the need for making it a ladder match?

Having gimmicks just for the sake of gimmicks sucks. A show like this once a year is enough, I dont need to see it twice.

Watched the promo above--not good but certainly not among RR's worst efforts on the mic.

I suppose I'm in. Haven't watched any of the lead-up Raws but it seems I ought to be glad that I haven't. More of a function of not canceling the Network yet. With RR next month I'm probably in through at least Mania no matter how bad it gets.

Yeah, I watch almost every PPV but I'm pretty sure I'm gonna pass on this. That is not even a remotely intriguing card.

The Steve Austin/Shawn Michaels podcast directly after might be good though, so maybe I'll tune in at the end.

I'm really looking forward to watching this tonight. This show was so well put together with a great build, making me care about the outcome and consequences of every match. All of the titles feel like they are in jeopardy......

The problem with the main roster is its full of non-certified Gs, and sub-realest guys in the room.

The best thing that can happen in the main event tonight is the entire NXT roster rushing the ring and beating the crap out of everybody. They repeatedly do this for a couple of weeks, telling us they are "saving us" from the current WWE product, just like we've been asking them to do. They're presented as heels, but we know better. HHH continually rips into NXT GM Regal to control his roster or else. We eventually discover that HHH was behind it the entire time.
