Looks like I made the right call.

I had kind of a fleeting hope that with Linda McMahon again losing her bid for Senate that Survivor Series may have been the end of the PG era. I can dream I guess.

Well, they did have an ad for the Attitude Era DVD coming out, that at one time was going to get delayed or not released because of Linda's campaign, so be cautiously hopeful

Looks like the next nexus will be feuding with Ryback or maybe Ryback and Cena. Punk will move on to the Rock. Ziggler vs Orton. Show and Sheamus vs enjoyment

That was my thought also.

On the subject of everyone saying that the new guys are with Punk, did nobody see Heyman's reaction to them? He sold it like he was legit surprised at their appearance in a way that made it seem like in kayfabe he truly had no idea they were coming. I think they're a separate entity.

I think they get a significant percentage of their buys from sports bars, theaters, etc. and those places are way less price sensitive.

How much are regular PPVs? All WWE PPVs in Australia are $35 including mania. I'm pretty sure they're all free in the UK. I know UFC PPVs are.

Non-Mania PPVs are all $55 and Mania is $70 I think. pretty sure it has to do with them not caring since so many sports bars etc. order everything as was mentioned above.

99% of the sports bars around here stopped carrying WWE PPVs. I honestly don't know of a single one that does. They want $x.xx per person based on a full capacity. A pizza joint my buddy runs was getting charged like $1300 to show it or something crazy.

No Hooters shows them. No BW3 shows them. But give me a UFC fight and you can't find a seat at one of these places.

According to Meltzer (WON) the decision to go PG had very little to do with Linda's campaign, it was done to make them more appealing to certain prospective sponsors/partners. The Benoit-tragedy may have played a role as well.
