I see that the pre-show started at 5. At least six ****ing hours of live footage. I do not get how this seems like such a great idea to them.

Also: what? A four-hour main show and KO and Sami are on the pre-show?

Anyhow, I'm in to listen to background noise while pokering at least until SNF starts.

They want us to believe that the wrestlers care deeply about brand supremacy, which isn't remotely believable.

It is a bit difficult to hope on a good show when I can't puzzle out why any of these matches matter.

The concept and build of this is pretty stupid, but it's a stacked card. I'm naively expecting a pretty good show.

I'm curious if Styles/Lesnar is a real 15-20 minute match or if Brock is only doing 5-10 minute matches now.

So with entrances, how does an O/U of 74.5 minutes sound for the main event? I mean just the entrances alone have to be around 17.5 minutes themselves, right? Unless they decide to go with a team building one where everyone comes out together

I was confused by Sami and KO too. Maybe kits to set something up for the main show?

From the commentary it sounds like KO and Sami opted out of repping SD at this event.

Nah, their match happened and I gather that their part of the night is done. They did cut an extensive promo about what bull**** it was that they're on the pre-show.

Sami and KO hate Shane and then randomly wanted to qualify for the team (to make it "The Sami and KO Show") but failed then got left off the card. I feel like they're a lock to get involved in the big tag match in some way.

They are sure killing time already.

First, is there really an audience for 6 straight hours of WWE programming?

But even if there is, is it a good idea? That same audience is gonna watch whether the show is 2 hours or 6, so the question becomes is making the shows so long affecting viewership negatively?

But no matter what, I hate it. 2 hour shows are ideal, 3 tops.

2 hr TV, 3 hr PPV is prob the perfect amount.

Although I think that if they give matches a lot of time rather than just kill time (like they have already done tonight) then 4 hours is ok. I think all of the matches are interesting tonight, so done right it could be 4 hours of interesting TV.

Pre-show doesn't really matter. People can choose to tune in there or not, but I'd rather them not have title matches on the pre-show. I see pre-show ideally being more like the pre-show for football where they just hype the matches. If they want to throw in an undercard match or something fine, but don't make it something people would mind missing or else you'll get people tuning in early just for that match and then the whole thing becomes too long.

Rollins' V-Trigger is really, really bad

A person could die of alcohol poisoning if they took a drink for every inorganic spot in this match.

Hope they don't try to get too cute and do anything other than Asuka winning here.

I complain about it every show, but the camera work drives me nuts.

The constant jump-cuts mid move are so tilting, and the action-cam thing they do where if they don't cut, then they do a quick zoom or move the camera to try to match the move.
