So true.

I'm salty about that result. No interest at all in Seth Rollings. AEW can't come fast enough atm.

Pretty weak show. Trish deserved the you still got chant though.

I guess they are setting up for a Bryan v Reigns WM main event. I'd be all for it if they had the ball to make it face Bryan v heel Reigns, but meh for heel Bryan v face Reigns.

Match Rankings:

Trish/Charlotte
Shane/SCKO
Rollins/Lesnar
Finn/Fiend (points for getting the booking right)
AJ/Ricochet

Becky/Natalya
Goldberg/Dolph
Bayley/Ember

Laaarge gap but 5 sweet matches is a big positive. Charlotte/Trish was legit amazing. I said at beginning Charlotte had to win but the whole match kept it open and was entertaining as hell. Props to Seth for carrying Brock into a great match. One of the best Brock matches I can remember. Great story, cool pop at end. Both the Owens and Fiend matches went as they should, good job by them not screwing that up.

Becky/Natalya had no chance of being good. Natalya sucks. Not even gonna comment on the other two.

How come no continuation/closure on the Roman stuff? They teased it all night.

My only real disappointments were Bayley/Ember and Kofi/Orton. Was hoping Ember would have more of a star in-ring performance even in defeat but that loss made me think she's destined to be floating aimlessly on the show for the foreseeable future. Kofi has a streak of medium matches going so I'm kind of ready for him to lose the belt.

Overall, an enjoyable show, though it didn't have a #2 or #3 PPV of the year feel to me and I don't think there was a single really classic memorable match.

Becky v Nzzzzzz zzzzzz zzzzzzz zzzzzzzzz

Dolph v Goldberg, why did he kick out at 1? Killed what could have been a great moment. Shame that they came up with an interesting little change and ****ed it up.

AJ v Trevor found very boring, did like the finish though.

Bayley v Ember, boring again. I don't care how good Ember is in the ring she's boring.

Shane v KO, all you had to do was jump off something. Boring.

Charlotte v Trish, this was close to being good but Trish was so sloppy. Someone should have attacked Trish at the end. Charlotte is just ridiculous.

Kofi v Orton, more like it. Decent. Ending though...

Balor v Fiend, love the entrance. Meh in ring, dunno what I expected as Bray is meh.

Lesnar v Rollin, I just can't be happy with that result. Match was ok if you assume Rollins is superman. I really wish they just ****ed Seth off to the mid card and Lesnar would put in the effort to have great matches with people semi-regularly.

Overall I'd say it was an awful PPV.

For me, the KO/Shane segment was easily the best of the show. It wasn't a great match and wasn't supposed to be. It got its point across with KO overcoming odds and beating the boss while saving his job and we didn't get a 15+ minute Shane McMahon match which is a huge .

Hopefully KO can move onto turning heel again and taking the title from Kofi. ok, I kid. But seriously, get the title on KO as a face at some point next year since he's great on the mic and can deliver in ring if needed.

Was R-Truth not on the show? I do remember Drake being on the show and making some dumb joke about rapper Drake.

Awesome show.

Just wait until Goldberg is on the Goldberg’s. It’s his true calling.

Whilst I think Riddle is good in ring his character does annoy me but I got watching clips of watch along (where WWE people watch the PPV) and he cracked me up going in on Goldberg.

Forgot, Brock/Seth was really good, result notwithstanding. The best part about it, no falcon arrow into bullshit.

Given I think that Brock would have continued to be a champion that barely makes appearances, I am so glad he dropped the belt.

Championship are made to be defended.

They snuck RTruth in when introducing all the other language crews this was being broadcast in.

The Fiend was interesting because it's the first time we've seen him.

KO/Shane & Trish/Charlotte were additional highlights.

But if anyone were to ask if there was anything from the entire weekend that was must see, I'd probably only say Io/Candice.

Just realizing they had a Summerslam without most of the guys they've been pushing near the top of Raw over the last year: Drew, Braun, Joe, Corbin, Lashley, Roman. No DB or Sami either. No sign of the SD tag champs or US champ.

Miz is another (on the SD side). I only watch the PPVs, but was shaking my head at no Miz and no DB.

Watch this if you haven't yet. The amount of carrying Io does in that match is legitimately incredible

Is that really what you got from the match? Io carrying Candice? She's obviously a different league but Candice is great. I think she'll be a very good face my only worry is that the fact she can take a loss will mean that becomes her default.
