I was watching an old WCW Saturday Night last nite and saw some great stuff.

Steve Austin and Brian Pillman got a lot of air time, Scotty Flamingo and some jobber had a tag match (I love that Raven has 2 different bird names, got a Vinnie Vegas match where Nash squashes some dude.

And most entertaining for me (mainly cause I had no memory of it)- cactus jack and the barbarian are currently a tag team in this period.

...but anyway, in for the Rumble. Got 29 in the men's pool, so I'm a lock to win.

Storyline wise, they keep trying to use Ric Flair in these sympathetic spots...Batista beats the **** out of him, Orton punts him...and then keep having him just turn heel again immediately afterwards. Why should anyone care?

I haven't watched a PPV since the Wrestlemania with no crowd or noise, this is so much better with simulated crowd sounds.
