61 years is a pretty solid run for a massive dude who was also a pro wrestler.

Bundy was never a personal favorite, but I still remember him warmly enough for his contributions to the earliest WrestleManias.

Bundy was part of my first memory of wrestling (WM3) but I never watched WM2. I always enjoyed him on Married With. He seemed like a genuine softy.

How many other Wrestlemania main eventers aren't in the Hall of Fame? Is it just him and Bigelow? (Obviously not counting people like Cena/Roman/Orton, who will obviously get in)

It is odd. He certainly meets the criteria, including that he seems to have a positive enough relationship with the company based on his appearance at or around Raw 1000.

Who better than Canyon?

He had a run in WCCW with the Von Erich's as Big Daddy Bundy in like 1981. They were mentoring him until he turned on him. Think that might have been when he shaved his head.
