I think running and shaking the ropes actually acts as a warm up. That's why it often takes Undertaker so long to really get in to a match. Everyone else has their muscles warmed and loose with their big run or jump or whatever they do. I don't think the "running wear you out" argument holds much traction.

Im pretty sure Undertaker is a zombie so warming up is probably bad for him, or at least he doesnt need to.

Anyone else really bothered by Teddy Long's obvious fraternization with Aksana? He's got the power to make matchups, and effectively careers. In our sport he frankly has no business having a personal relationship with one of the competitors. If he insists on it, the right thing to do is to resign imo.

Just a reminder that kayfabe means everything being portrayed is real. Some of you are ****ing it up into "liking everything and being super positive no matter what." You can still hate stuff like Teddy Long in kayfabe.

Don't even know what that last post means but if you don't like Teddy Long and the matches he makes that is your business and your entitled to your opinion

But in kayfabe you would like every face and hate every heel. Teddy is a face. Sorry to break Kayfabe. I hope HHH comes back tonight!

I just don't know if Daniel Bryan can pull it off tonight. He reminds me of Phil Ivey winning a bunch of bracelets; Bryan is arguably the best in the world, but he's ran hotter than the sun to keep his title time and time again. His reign has been a disappointment to me because he hasn't shown that he can legit beat either Show or Henry, let alone both at the same time!!!

Then again, it's probably just the weight difference. Pacquiao is a beast but he couldn't beat Klitchko in a fight. It's Bryan's first big pay per view as champ and as the GOATs like Ivey, Phil Laak, Brady, ELIte, Jordan, Ron Artest have all proven is that they perform their best in high leverage or "clutch" situations.

Prediction: Daniel Bryan in 6

Jericho only has himself to blame for tonight. He spent the last few weeks messing around with the fans rather than preparing for the Rumble. As usual his arrogance was his undoing. Some people just never learn!

Sheamus had a huge advantage going into the Rumble tonight and imo that's why he won. While other competitors have been weakened over the past 6 weeks (like Randy Orton and Wade Barrett), Sheamus has been able to rest up by spending what little match time he has kicking Jinder in the head. I am not surprised he won.

Does anyone know what happened to JTG tonight?

I wouldn't be surprised if someone realised what a threat he was and took him out. Hope we hear the full story.

Ziggler clearly showed that he's not in Punk's league. Punk beat Ziggler 4 times, he would have beat him a lot quicker if that ref didn't get hurt.

Ziggler must really be the worst wrestler in the company, moves that normally look pretty boring like the GTS and Rough Ryder make him bounce all over the ring like a pinball. Just horrible.

I think you're misunderstanding. I think it's brilliant, you know how when a race car disintegrates all the parts flying everywhere disperses the energy of the crash? It's kind of like that.

Also, OMG ROAD DOGG, I can't believe it. Wish he was still around, I think with a few weeks of working off ring rust he could contend for the WWE title right now.

Its clear that he has spent some time practicing as he clearly still has it.

Jericho on the other hand, he was good, but if he had spent some time having actual matches instead of just entertaining the crowd and doing that thing in the tag match i didnt understand where he entered then tagged himself out again - if he had took it seriously then he would have won i think. Sheamus proved that taking things seriously helps, sure he lost that one rumble on Smackdown to Hornswoggle, but Hornswoggle is so short that his center of gravity is so low that its hard to get him out of the ring.

That reminds me, why wasnt Hornswoggle in the Rumble when he won that rumble practice on Smackdown? I hope he is alright, i dont think ive seen him since Kane set fire to his home under the ring!

Tonight is the night we've been waiting for, the returnah of the gameah Triple haitchah. Once he let's us know that Aceman can stay as Raw GM we needy Big Johnny to do two things.

The first is fire Eve. Twice in one week she was incredibly disrepectful to most dynamic dude ever in charge of a wrestling show. And, Johnny is a smart man he sees the truth-she made Kane attack Zack. The first time she begs him not to he does it, what do you think will happen next time? It's reverse psychology by Eve(l). Unless, Eve's boyfriend wasn't attacked last night, he was attacking Zack Ryder!

Second is to strip CM Punk of the title. He says he's not going to do anything bad to Punk at RR and he gets assaulted. Then last night when Johnny L was calling it straight down the middle CM "accidentally" knocks him out. CM Punk was too busy trying to pin Dolph to see Johninator trying to help an injured man and he calls him clown shoes? How dare he, he's not a saint at all.

So to recap, Eve-Gone, CM-no belt, Sheamus-new WWE champ by default cause he knows he can't beat a man who beat two juggernauts last night.

This is actually really true. You could almost call Sheamus the Boise State of professional wrestling, because he was just coasting against cupcakes for months and months. It's a lot easier to win one of the only big games you're in when you only have to game plan for like three per year. We should have seen this result coming.

I know that Dolph Ziggler must want to become WWE champion, but imo, him and Swagger should focus on earning a tag team championship match. They each only need a tag team championship to their name to win the Triple Crown, and their names would then be among the all-time greats. Primo and Epico are very inexperienced in WWE and would be a cakewalk for two guys who have been in high-profile matches like Ziggler and Swagger. Also, Vickie is a way more successful manager that Rosa, so they have the edge there too.

I'm sure Vickie is aware how close they are to this historic feat, and I'd bet that she has told her clients this as well. I wonder if Dolph's big ego is preventing him from putting his WWE championship pursuit on hold to focus on this potentially huge achievement. Could this break up Vickie's stable?
