I really like CM Punk because he's the voice of the voiceless and he clearly is best friends with John Cena. I know they've had their problems in the past, but that was before Punk realized that Cena was also deserving of the WWE Title.

Also, he's standing up to the tyrant John Lauranitis (who is a dickbag, btw). I was so happy when Punk GTS'd him. John didn't even fight it, because he knows that it's impossible to reverse or get out of.

I hope Johnny gets what is coming to him, and that's his "teeth kicked down his throat".

The more I think about it, the more I am starting to believe this is true. I bet that is where the writers got the idea for the bad guy in Hogan's breakout movie "Mr Nanny".

Spoiler:

Well, it's not his fault. He was trying to be anonymous all that time, but my guess is when he got a new phone he lost the password to the computer that Michael Cole read from, so he just had to do things more directly.

Ive been really worried recently about what Jericho said. If the world as we know it is going to end this sunday, does that mean the apocalypse is going to happen? If so i probably wont buy the PPV and will instead spend the time saying good bye to loved ones and hoping that whatever happens after the armageddon is a positive thing.

I'd relax. It could very well be a metaphor. Think the REM song.

Predictions of the apocalypse have been going on for ages but mostly from people with religious backrounds, so their groups consisted of approx ~100 people.
Jericho is trying to gather a following of >1 mil people, that is kinda scary.

The last thing i remember him predicting was the millennium and that happened, but i think he was out by a few months so hopefully his timing is off on this prediction too.

In normal cases a Tombstone is an auto-knockout, Rest In Piece. Maybe since this match was early in his career, UT hadn't quite perfected his finisher yet. In other words, The Hulkster got extremely lucky here (in my humble estimation).
Honestly I more attribute it to the fact that the Undertaker, while young, not only hadn't perfected the move but look at how small he is. He's tall and lanky. Whereas if he had built up his physique to the level of say, Goldberg, he could end careers with mule kicks.

I just wanted to say that with the Royal Rumble on Sunday you HAVE to give the RAW roster an edge, they will be on 5 days rest as opposed to those SD guys who will only have Saturday to heal but you also have to take into consideration that Saturday is a travel day. Idk if this was a site where gambling was the norm, I would put money on a RAW playa

Especially as SD's biggest guys are in the Main Event! You are right, it must be a RAW superstar winning it.

Your logic is flawed Diesel was in the Royal Rumble last year coming off a 16 year rest and he looked and wrestled exactly the same as he did when he eliminated 7 opponents in 1994.

yeah but i doubt you will see most of the smart smackdown wrestlers actually go out there on friday night.

if jtg (my pick) shows his face before the rumble i will be shocked.

I haven't seen JTG since he got crushed by the Funk It. I don't think he's going to be in any condition to enter the Rumble on Sunday.

lol

he is a professional athlete. sure brodus knocked him around a bit, but he would have recovered a day after that match happened. im also not convinced he was putting himself in to that match 100% anyway. why would he? winners purse for a midcard match << staying fresh for royal rumble victory.

I sure hope Teddy Long doesn't overreact and fire Drew McIntyre. Yes, he's in a terrible slump, but he's a former Intercontinental Champion. Maybe if they sent him down to NXT for a few weeks to work on his game, sure, but firing the guy? He's got a family to feed, at least let him get some of the smaller winner's purses in the minors.

Something thats been bugging me:

Remember the Ultimate Warrior, he used to run to the ring and shake hte ropes and go crazy; he would use all his energy before the match

People like the Undertaker are much better off when they walk slowly to the ring or get driven by a hearse

(Editors note: I remember having this exact conversation with my cousin during summerslam 1992)

Ahhhh, no wonder, it takes long for Taker to walk into the ring. I mean everyone else is rushing, especially Cena, into the ring. By that time, they will look sluggish and that's when everyone, except Cena, he's got good conditioning and endurance like that, loses their match, but with Taker, he seems to develop a good pattern in his years to win big-time matches.

wow just had another random thought about jtg. has anyone ever actually seen him walk to the ring?

is it possible he has invented some sort of teleportation device to always be in the ring and fresh when his opponent starts coming down the ramp?

Maybe he shares a room with Hornswaggle?

If there is such a thing it's definitely not helping the superstar using it, JTG and Kurt Hawkins have both lost to Brodus Clay who uses half his energy walking and dancing prior to his match.
But like it has been discussed earlier, Warrior could do his entrance because he has super human powers and Brodus Clay is a funkasauras.
