PPV/Supercard draft SIGNUP THREAD - Wrestling -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

On a side note, I have an idea for a draft but don't have time to run it. An American supercards/PPVs draft. Whoever compiles the best list of 8-10 supercards wins. Thinking reverse snake format (ABBABABABA) although it might be deep enough for regular snake. Keep Japanese/Mexican cards out, allow WWE/WCW/NWA/ECW/TNA/ROH etc. cards.

Looking for 10 people to draft 10 cards each. In so far:

3.dnkyhunter31 (looking for co-owner)

Also use this thread to give any suggestions on rules. As it stands I'm just gonna go with Dan's suggestion of any American card that isn't a regular show (so no RAW or Smackdown etc., but doesn't necessarily have to be a ppv).

I'll just go with the consensus on that one. 80s onwards seems a decent choice but if people want earlier cards to be eligible then that's cool.

i def want to be in this, but dont have complete time to do so. 12 hours a day given to work/travel to and from, plus sleep hurts.

this should be fun.

and no requirements like the one that disqualified me from the wrestlemania challenge.

still bitter about that. lol

I only asked since Raw and Smackdown aren't eligible. Wasn't sure if that included all tv show types.

i just read that part. i assumed that all matches from us companies, 1980-current would be included. removing raw, smackdown, and the like seems kind of backwards to me.

sure, the first few rounds will not have any/many raw and smackdown matches, but there are matches from those shows, plus nitro and impact that may deserve to be drafted.

i can think of a few right off the top of my head that, if chosen, there should not be any arguments against.

that being said, SNME and COTC were not every week shows, and should be available with the current set of rules.

my mind is blown. i would have never expected this to be a draft like that.

allow me to throw out my entire draft board, and i now understand why raw, smackdown, and the rest is not eligible.

so long hbk/cena 1 hour match on raw that i was referring to. lol

dnky doesent read good.
