Kane accidentally hit Braun with a chair around the mid point of the match.
~5 minutes later, Kane attacked Braun at the entrance way when both teams were fighting. Kane choke slammed Braun through the stage and then pulled some chairs from the roof to trap him (? I guess). A few minutes later, Braun comes from the wreckage to attack Kane. Braun attacks his teammates who are trying to stop him from attacking Kane. His teammates get fed up and attack him and throw him in a trash truck.

The trash truck was there originally because Miz tried putting Rollings/Dean inside of it but they fought their way out.

Main event was really weird and definitely showed that the booking was rushed but it was still entertaining for what it was. Kane didn't need to be there and I had no interest in anything he did but apart from that it wasn't bad. I had a massive grin on my face when Angle started the belly to backs.

Finn/AJ was pretty good too. Emma is a better wrestler than she gets credit for.

Apparently, per this thread, they've been saying it for a while, but "the empresses of tomorrow" being announced by the in-ring announcer is so off the charts dorky WWE lol I can't even fully articulate my feelings on it.

2)
The tv announcers are incredibly bad at making viewers care about anything. Michael Cole and Booker really doing their thing there, to the chagrin of all listeners.

How can you begin by telling us she hasn't lost ever in NXT, and say it's Emma's first major match, and then have them have an even match?

So NXT must be the real bottom drawer of crusty awful useless women wrestlers and Asuka has just being smoking losers for two years?

I cringe and curse myself out for watching whenever this happens. When the main event happens and Cole says "they're among the WWE Universe". Seriously, go **** yourself Cole and Vince.

I thought Asuka should've won in like two minutes as well. Though, Emma had a really good showing in defeat and I'd never noticed her before. Then they had a rematch on RAW because of the disputed finish.

Sarcastic, look at the way she was portrayed on RAW during a hype video after TLC. She's portrayed as dominant with others scared of her. Not as an overcoming babyface.

Why are there commercials? Elias gets produce thrown at him, Jordan pushes the shopping cart out like a bum, Elias looks irritated... cut to a commercial for a video game.

Commercials. On a network owned by one company that only plays videos for that one company.

It's like asking a girl out that you're already married to. So irritating.

I do agree that the vignettes didn't jive with the actual match they put on. My guess is they didn't want to do a squash on a PPV and also wanted to protect Emma more. I think the real error was when they jobbed Emma repeatedly after the Emmalina fiasco and didn't really take her seriously as a wrestler.

Cole's commentary during that match was also awful, when he was like "look how much Asuka loves to entertain!!!" But I kind of expect that from him/Vince at this point.

Not into this either. Just don't care. No comment good or bad, other than the intro sh_t talking segment was bad.

Edit to add: but obviously the jeans on the old lady with bedazzled bell bottoms was super off the charts silly.

huh?

Graves kayfabe detested Elias when he commentated at NXT. They let the hatred continue on the main roster. Still doesn't really explain why Booker and Cole have to temporarily become heel commentators when he's on screen.

I think he was asking why they have ads for shows on the network on a show on the network. My guess would be because the PPVs are still PPVs so it's still advertising to non subs plus they want to keep the impression of value up to currents subs so that they don't cancel.

The ads don't bother me a ton because there is natural dead time between matches anyways where nothing would really be happening. It is annoying on principle though.
