Sheamus retiring Christian should be good.

In addition to Kevin Steen, Roderick Strong and possibly Michael Elgin, Ring Of Honor wrestler ACH (aka Albert Harle Jr.) will be taking part in the next WWE tryout camp at the WWE Performance Center.

to ACH. ACH and Elgin the most likely to be signed. I really really enjoy Strong but he has no charisma and can't talk. Not too familiar with Steen nowadays. I watch his PWG stuff but nothing he does in PWG would be allowed in WWE. I don't like Elgin, at all and the fact he has a 5* match is a disgrace to Meltzer's list.

I agree I so on Strong. Can't see him getting anywhere in the WWE. Total lack of charisma and he isn't big.

Steen is a beast in the ring at times. I could see him being signed. He would make an excellent Heyman guy.

Steen is an awesome wrestler that I cant see working at a high level in the WWE. Especially not if he hasnt lost weight since the last time I saw him work. He isnt just his package piledriver but losing that (zero chance they will let him do it) will suck too.

I havent seen Elgin work in a couple of years since that 5 star match but I figure he has improved since then. The big thing that could hold him back is he isnt tall and he has a very generic look and style so he could easily drift into the background. He only looks tall when wrestling Davey Richards. I have no memory of what his mic work is like, but he can definitely work a match which goes in his favour. If he makes it he really needs to set himself apart.

No idea about ACH, I have never seen him work or cut a promo, but at the risk of going racial the WWE would be smart to get any black worker and hope they can build a future star from them so I figure that alone should lock him down a development contract.

Strong I thought was a very impressive worker last I saw him but I agree he has no presence or mic work to back it up. But I could easily see him being signed with Bryan leading the way for small very good technical wrestlers. He wont get higher than the midcards, but he could have a good career and I could see them building an epic gimmick off the back of him being very boring.

I figure it is likely they will sign all four, but I reckon Steen will go the way of Chris Hero and never debut in the big shows. The other three all have good chances to progress up the ladder to the big shows.

I was a major Leo Kruger fan, but this week's NXT even sold me on this new Adam Rose character. He really needs a different finisher though.

I have about as much main roster equity as Kevin Steen

Not much of a market for 5'10 fat dudes in WWE

Dunno if it can last, but that gimmick is pretty awesome. They need to tweak his ring work to match the entrance and theme though.

ACH has an unbelievable amount of charisma (never heard him talk but he's electrifying in the ring and knows how to be entertaining w/o wrestling moves). Add to that he's a high flyer that's just about a step behind PAC/Neville.

Elgin is still not good. He still no sells everything and just hits his power move spots where he catches other guys.

Yes, if anyone hasn't seen that clip by now, do yourself the favor of watching it. I'm not usually a fan of practical jokes, but that had me losing my ****.

Brought in a guy I had only known for a couple weeks/did one show with to join my sketch comedy group last summer because we had a lot on common, he had "the look", he was motivated and a little bit because he was a big WWE fan.

He quit last month, after failing to overtake me as the unquestioned leader of the group (via trying to book shows without telling us, saying I've become a terrible writer and bring drama and a bad rep to us [we got blocked from one show due to him ripping the producer though], and him wanting to star on every sketch at the expense of others).

I just noticed now that he's worn a WWE T-shirt during every show we've done onstage, is overemotional, and most importantly, is a total mark.

Life lesson: marks are marks in all facets of life

Bonus: we were at the same show last night, and the host opened with a bit about how gay wrestling fans were, especially ones who wore WWE t-shirts.

He had a "What?" SCSA shirt on.

Nope, though we do use the MDM and Shane McMahon themes for transition music after a couple of blackout sketches involving a hobo going to ridiculous lengths to acquire change from a guy

Not sure if you've ever watched Broad City on Comedy Central, but this totally made me think of this guy....
