As much as I loved Finlay's old theme/attitude, Hornswoggle is pretty awesome. Would be nice if Finlay gets an ECW champion run before he retires, but it won't be anytime soon (and hopefully will be as a heel).

Yes- I'm asking if they mentioned that.

That story made a lot of the gossip/sports blogs I read- but they all made Jericho look at lot worse than the actual footage/reports.

Nah, Jericho came out and bashed Flair for a little bit, and then pinned Kofi in the heels versus faces elimination chamber tag match. Nothing about the incident.

So zero buildup and a built-in rivalry completely ignored, and they're going to waste Christian on ECW...freaking awesome. The ECW title is his supposed goal? That crap is the reason why he left the first time isn't it? Completely over with the fans but no push at all?

Hell, the only thing I can think of is that it's good that ECW is live in the same spot SmackDown films for Friday nights, which would make the move easy. But really? ECW? When your top guys are a dude named Jack Swagger who came from nowhere and freaking Dave Finlay (who's what, 50?)...come on.

Yeah I loved how the announcers were like oh he's returning at the top... his last major match was a triple threat for the WWE title with Cena and Jericho. I'm hoping this is just so they can make an interesting ECW title match for Wrestlemania and then move him to one of the other shows.

Kofi Kingston and Mike Knox are in a World Title Elimination Chamber match and Christian isn't even on the card? Ugh.

i realize your point and am not disagreeing with it, but Jack Swagger looked pretty good at the royal rumble in the opener. I never follow ECW and had therefore never heard of/seen him before, but was impressed. And it could be worse imo; Dolph Ziggler.
