Didn't something like this happen with Sullivan and Pillman when Pillman was going through his Loose Cannon stage, where it was supposed to look like he was shootin all the time. Had an I Quit match with Sullivan and just took the mic and said "I quit booker man." or something to that manner. I don't even know if there was an actual match.

Anyway, just finished watching Raw on the DVR. Wanted to do my own little recap:

- Bored the crap out of me as a face, but digging R-Truth as a heel*

- Yawn

- Kelly Kelly in mainstream magazine, predictable push coming.

- More Yaaawwwn

- Huge pop for Zach Ryder talking to some jabroni backstage before commercial.

- Yawn, Yawn, Yawn

- R-Truth is really good as a heel*

- Even more Yawn

- R-Truth wasted valuable years of a potentially good career with a stupid rap gimmick*

*If anybody remember back in the early days of TNA, Ron Killings was one of their 1st champions. He was a heel and I thought he was great at it. Really grew on me. Called himself the "Sun Tanned Superman". Then he insisted on doing that stupid rapper gimmick for the next 8 years or so.

from pillmans wiki:
"Pillman outed Kevin Sullivan as booker during the February 1996 SuperBrawl VI pay-per-view in an I Respect You Strap match where the loser announces that they respect the other wrestler, much like an "I Quit" match. Pillman grabbed the microphone, saying, sarcastically, "I respect you, booker man". The words "booker man" were cut from the commercial tape. Pillman was fired by WCW President Eric Bischoff in February 1996 after SuperBrawl VI."

Wcw should have paired up Smiley and Ernest Miller, would have been an epic tag team

So me and Ajohnson will be captains. Need 2 more. Then we can get teammates. Maybe we can do 6-8 teams if we arent running cards

I thought RAW was great, at least compared to the epic letdowns the last 2 weeks.

Pros:

- Greatest Miz episode of all time. Almost **** my pants when he called Alex Riley an amoeba, lololol. Also had me cracking up when he told ADR/Mysterio they could go fight in a Taco Bell parking lot for all he cared.

- R-Truth. Didn't seem like the crowd cared about him last night, but I like the direction this is going so far. Bonus points for taking out Mysterio's lame ass at the end of the show.

-Kane/Show taking care of business vs. Mason.

-Cole was so ****ing funny yesterday, F the haters. "Pardon the interruption for this very important announcement: Jerry Lawler is in pain." lolololol

Cons:

-The only real issue I had with the show was Cena's announcement about his match vs Miz being an I-Quit match. I-Quit matches suck balls, and lol @ "no submissions."

I've hated on RAW big time as of late, but I thoroughly enjoyed this episode. Solid entertainment imo

Yup. Worked out great for Bischoff too, haha. Coincidentally, on WWE on Demand they were showing the Raw in '96 where Austin busted into Pillman's house and Pillman pulled a gun on him.

That intro seemed to hint at an ADR face turn possibly down the road

Just caught up on Raw. Hope they have something for ADR to do at this PPV since we're now looking at Cena vs. Miz and very likely Truth vs. Rey. Need something for Punk too. Maybe ADR goes after Kofi's US title. Raw is just way too light on faces right now.

Smackdown spoiler:

Spoiler:
Absolutely nothing happened. It looks like a huge waste of time. Gotta be interested in seeing Sin Cara vs. Daniel Bryan though.

Heels are way cooler then faces tho, so hopefully nobody turns anytime soon. ADR is great as a heel

Of course they're cooler as a general rule, but there are guys like Jericho who can go back and forth really effectively. If he would come back right now as a face, that would solve the problem. In any case, heels do need someone to go against that are on the same level of the card as them. We can't just be giving ADR jobbers to squash on PPV.

Spoiler is lol-worthy...what a ****ing joke of a company. Genuinely hope they go out of business soon, so that all the inbetweeners on their roster can either come to WWE and be at the top of the industry where they belong (Angle, AJ, Joe), go back to the indies where they'll be happy and can hone their craft (most of the X Division, RVD) or retire and GTFO (Hogan, Sting, the Dudleys, Steiner).

I'd put RVD in the GTFO category at this point. Last match I enjoyed him in was (I just looked it up) August 8, 2010, against Sabu at Hardcore Justice and that was only because A) everything else on that card was horrendous garbage so the match seemed amazing by comparison and B) nostalgia.

Sting getting a run before retiring at WM would be awesome.

RVD could easily work another couple years in the WWE too.

Angle needs to retire.

Joe needs to go to the indies as he would never get anything at the WWE.

Wait, Steiner isnt retired yet?

Oh and the picture above is A++
