you can draft literally anyone who is not dead IMO. so if you have an inside tip that Battle Kat or Karl Malone is going to be entry #1 and last for 2 hours then go for it

You should be allowed to draft dead wrestlers imo. Zombie Mr. Perfect is finally going to get the Royal Rumble win that he deserves.
