Haha okay. I somehow figured there was a nonzero chance that there was another show like that kicking around that I just wasn't aware of.

I would gladly bring back Heat if we could lob that hour off of Raw though.

Last 4 will be John Cena and The Shield; Cena Never Gives Up(TM) and wins the 2013 Rumble.

Ryback and Cena as the final 2 could have potential.

Ryback and Cena being in at the end could recreate this:

Actually looking forward to the PPV. Shame I cant watch live as I need to be up for a training course at 7am so will have to [something] it in the morning.

Predictions:

Cesaro retains in pre show. Lolmiz.
I want Rhodes Scholars to go over at WM so I hope Hell No retains. Honestly I see this as a toss up.
ADR retains, no briefcaseage happens.
Punk retains semi dirty. What is the point of strapping Rock, seriously, **** that ****.

Ziggler will skin the cat at least 5 times and get to the final four. Ryback will be final four, so will Cena and so will an up and comer heel who will have a big 2013 such as Cesaro and Barrett. Right now I have no clue who wins but those are my four likely winners with Cena the big fave but I reckon a big swerve and having Cesaro or Barrett win is realistic. Ziggler winning the Rumble wouldnt shock me either, but his story is to last to the end having started out number 1.

The unannounced "shock" entry I am most looking forward to is Mark Henry. Put him over Big Show at WM and start the Hall of Pain up again in 2013 ftw.

predictions:

1. rhodes scholars over kane/bryan setting up kane/bryan WM
2. punk over crock via borkerference setting up bork/crock WM
3. incredible long shot, but here's a thought: cena obviously the favorite to win but if the wwe is going to play their too obvious to be real bull****, ziggler cashes in on ADR early in the night. wins. presumably because show beat the crap out of ADR or whatever. wwe is HUGE on ADR as face right now soooooooooooooo, ADR recovers, enters the rumble, wins it, sets up ADR/ziggler WM

more likely though cena rises above the odds to point at the sign

ADR is not winning the Rumble 2 of last 3 years, that's Austin/HBK territory

I dont think Shield is gonna be in the Rumble. Only 6 unannounced spots and 2 of them have been spoiled already

Cautiously optimistic about the show tonight, my predictions.

Cesaro to win the preshow.
Hell No retain, agree with Phill that they drop the belts to Rhode Scholars by/on WM.
Kaitlyn retains.
Del Rio to retain in a draw after a ridiculous bump/stunt that knocks out both him and Show. Ziggler doesnt cash in as he's preparing for the Rumble.
Cena to win the Rumble. Final 4 of Ziggler, Cena, Sheamus, Orton. Bo Dallas to eliminate someone like Cesaro/Barrett so he's all set for the future.
Rock to win the belt, as despite it being a bad idea in my own opinion it sure seems to have been the plan from a long way out, and I don't see them changing the plans they have for WM once the build has already started.

these sorts of accolades really don't matter anymore though. soon we will be in a world where jinder mahal is a 6 time rumble winner

I can't wait for this to start, I just have to stay awake long enough. For whatever reason I am not as sold as most others on Cena definitely winning tonight (lol me) because I really don't think he needs to and he will draw in a WM match regardless so they might as well have the winner go for the World title to pad out the card. The last 2 years have been won by Sheamus and ADR so I could see someone winning that is on the level those two were back then, or Orton winning and facing off against champion Ziggler at Mania.

Of the 2 spoilered surprise entrants I will be happy if they both show up because they can both still go and would be welcome full time additions to the roster if all goes well rather than a token Hacksaw Jim Duggan appearance.

Is this a joke? The Rock is still the most over guy in the company, and he is a true superstar (in the mainstream). Giving him one more run with the title will give them main stream attention in the build up to Mania, which obviously turns into more money for them. And having Rock as champion gives them a reason to have Cena fight the Rock at WM again, and Cena (their top face) can get the title back for the first time in 18 months. The only way it makes sense to let their top guy lose in the main event of Mania to a visiting performer like they did with Cena-Rock last year is to let him get his revenge in a match that is even bigger. I mean, it's the most obvious and basic rule when it comes to booking wrestling.

What do they gain from letting Punk extend his reign even longer? He's already become the longest reigning champion since Hogan, and there is not much more he can squeeze out of this reign.

Why on earth would they waste their two visiting stars in a match against each other, rather than using them to advance their regular talent? Makes no sense.

Taking Cesaro in the pre-show.

Tean Hell No retains for one of the last times, I think they lose the belts at EC and break up in a loss at WM.

I think Del Rio retains, but that puts Sheamus in an odd position of not having much to do in the near future. I don't think this is where Ziggler cashes in either.

I'd rather CM Punk just drop the title than win dirty again, but I think that's what's going to happen. I think a triple threat at WM seems the most likely outcome of all of this. (Also, I just don't see The Rock competing in a match like Elimination Chamber at this stage in his career).

As for the Rumble:

Ziggler with the longest run and in the mix at the end.

Ryback with a middle time slot to clear house (although I wouldn't be surprised to see Big Show get this spot either).

Agree with whomever said that The Shield probably won't be in this, I'm not expecting any "big" name surprises either.

My final four: Cena, Brock, Barrett, Ziggler

Picking Cena to win but think there's a lot of ways they can go.

I doubt Brock is in the rumble. When does Ziggler have to cash in by?

I think Ziggler has a year to cash in.

I just think that the Rumble would be a good place to re-insert Lesnar into the fold. Set-up a Cena/Lesnar re-match that nobody has been clamoring for at EC on the way to WM. I'm probably reaching.
