That makes a lot of sense. Meltzer and WON have always been prevalent in wrestling media but it seems like his name recognition, fan base and especially haters have grown a lot in the past few years. Go to the comments sections of any wrestling site reporting on something Melzter said and you will see all kinds of reactions.
This continued yesterday when he made some comments about WWE "being left behind" in the ring. Now he's got a bunch of pro-WWE people telling him how great Rollins/Styles/Zayn/Bryan/Owens/NXT/etc is and the anti-WWE people praising him for ****ting on WWE.

- Watch as people give you free advertising everywhere while arguing about it with each other

I still enjoy his stuff and he's far from the first person I followed that went down this path but man I liked it more when he just kept everything in perspective and made reasonable points on the product, matches, behind the scenes stuff, etc.
