I've tried to send to darO and lurchysoprano but an error keeps coming up saying "We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now." Not sure what's up with that but I'll keep trying every now and then.

If any of the people I owe have any other accounts I could send to then let me know and I'll try them.

I got a generic reply from them and am trying to get more info but looking around on the web it looks like they don't know exactly what the issue is. My account is verified and I made some payments last night so no idea what the problem is. If they still haven't sorted it later I'll try and send it through a family member's account but may need to look for other methods to pay. Sorry about this once again.

fwiw I paid someone else after I was getting this message so it's these accounts specifically that it doesn't like me sending to for whatever reason.

I logged into my Paypal account just fine so doesnt' feel like anything is wrong with it. I don't have another Paypal account but we could do amazon payments or something, not sure why they would be blocking sending to certain people

Got it. Scumbag paypal with the $1 fee though. Was giving me $0.05 fees when sending you the money as well. Is it because you're Non-U.S. or because i keep no funds in my paypal account and withdraw from bank?
