Hogan's sixth title win came after his run with WCW. He (and the Outsiders) returned in 2002, and Hogan defeated Triple H for the title a few months later.

His fifth reign ended on June 13th, 1993, with a loss to Yokozuna at the inaugural PPV version of King of the Ring. His sixth reign began on April 21, 2002, with a win over Triple H at Backlash.
