I agree that Balor needs some more offense. That match was mostly ground strikes and jumping strikes, not at a lot of holds or slams etc. That wouldn't be so bad but all of his strikes are so similar. Not a fan of his finisher either.

Thought everything was pretty average apart from the women's match and the short main event.

Marked out a little for Joe in WWE. It should be awesome if they book him how TNA did when he first debuted and just squashes everyone until he gets a title shot. I'm happy they let him keep his name but what's with the submission specialist instead of the samoan submission machine?

Lesnar vs Joe is now a slight possibility and that's awesome.

She seems like a much more natural face (and Carmella a much more natural heel), so I'm really surprised that they did what the did.

He had a bunch of great matches in NJPW. The 3-way with Ibushi and Lo Ki at WK 7 was elite. His matches with Okada and Tanahashi are always at least very good.

I was much more up on this event than you guys. I enjoyed it until after KO hit the powerbomb on the floor and then Joe made just about the most underwhelming debut ever.

I need to watch more next. so many people in it. Bayley, Sasha, Finn, Breeze, Alexa's stomach, etc etc and a HUGE fan of Cass/Enzo but I hope those two stay in NXT forever because they'll be ruined in the main roster.

Joe's minimalist debut was effective for people who don't really know who he is. The crowd doing the Joe chants and everybody freaking out without him (or creative) even doing very much makes him seem like a big deal. But it was rather lackluster if you already are familiar with Joe, outside of the "Joe is in WWE!" aspect of it all that would be there no matter how he debuted.

But at least it wasn't "Look at this! It's Roman Reigns half-brother Samoey Jimmy!!!!!"

I kinda feel that legit developmental guys are getting hurt pretty badly by randos materializing from other companies and jumping ahead to the front of the line.

I honestly couldn't give a **** less about fat Joe being in NXT as he's been terrible for at least 7 years now

Not many people are going to be saying in 2016 or whenever Breeze gets called up to the main roster "Well, this guy seems great, but they made Joe seem like a bigger deal than him in NXT so who cares!" Isn't going to matter long term.

For no reason just want to mention that Sasha is about the only woman ever to get me into women's wrestling. She's great. Even her facial expressions when she's hit or selling are great (check out when she's cowering at the beginning on the bottom rope and when she's thrown into the steps for the best example of this). Her move set is pretty damn good. And she has an outrageous amount of charisma compared to any other woman wrestler.

I'd enjoy Charlotte a lot more if she didn't look like she was just dipped in bronze.

I haven't really seen Joe since like his 06 matches with Joe. He's aged awfully.

Yea Sasha is very likely the GOAT women's wrestler considering she's only 23(!!!) Charlotte also could be one of the best ever. Sara Del Ray is the GOAT trainer.

Sasha is great but Toyota had 9 5 star matches already at 23. Best US women's wrestler, perhaps.

Just getting around to watching takeover. Pretty much a lock to fall asleep on the couch during, but if there's one thing that really needs to be said, it's that Tyler breezes music sucks, and his original theme was awesome

I loved that interview with renee far too much. Forcing her into speaking, making him even more hate-able. Top notch heeling.

first time watching a NXT product and it was kinda meh for me personally.... there were some really cool spots but it just didn't feel as special as you all made it out to be.

i did thoroughly enjoy the diva's championship match though.

It seems like there was a mixed reaction itt on this show. I enjoyed it but it wasn't GOAT or anything. Coincidentally, I just watched Zayn vs Cesaro from the first NXT special (ArRIVAL). That show was much better and tbh, last nights was the weakest of the 4 or 5 NXT specials so far.

i sometimes have no time to watch raw or don't feel like watching and WWE adding 500000 PPV's doesn't help either (i mean watching a rerun on some site cause i can't watch it monday night)

Please don't die originates from a spot where BJ Whitmer almost accidentally (no ****!) killed Jimmy Jacobs in the most ridiculous botched move, ever. It was chanted in their subsequent rematches. I don't think a spot where somebody is atop a stage deserves such a chant (yeah, I'm jaded over that one). Thought the stage dive was lame tbh. He's not Shane McMahon after all
