The end of the womens war games match kinda set a sour note for the rest of the night that a Killian Dain match and a Finn Balor match couldn't get out of. The mens wargames match was good but overall I'd say this was a mediocre takeover at best.

I think the problem was that it was very predictable. I'd been thinking KO might be the 4th guy, especially with how HHH didn't seem happy about Undisputed attacking him on Raw, but talked myself out of that because I thought he was on the Raw team tomorrow.

Just 4 matches and all extremely predictable. If nothing else, KO probably gives NXT a ratings boost Wednesday and really pushes AEW to go all out.

I think Rhea is going to be really good. Winning at 4-2 is silly though.

Triple threat didn't do anything for me.

Riddle/Balor was meh. I continue to be amazed at how just doing something noticeable that the fans pop for can outweigh an endless string of mediocre matches (Finn with the demon paint, bray with a clown mask, etc).

Men's match was great. KO in nxt will be good. They'll just give him a mic every week and let him sell his fights his way.

Overall a weak takeover.

Watching on delay and avoiding spoilers but dropping in to say that the women's WarGames match was fantastic. Was dreading the obvious Dakota heel turn because she is so good at being a sympathetic face but they executed it well and the feud with Tegan has a lot of potential. The faces winning 2 vs. 4 was a surprise, and I could see disliking it, but the way they did it made it believable to me, and if there was ever a person to rocket push in that way, it's Rhea Ripley. She's a megastar imo.

Also Kay Lee Ray is great -- I haven't seen her in a match like this before and she did a lot of great bumping. The depth in this company's women's division is ridiculous.
