Luckily my wife went to bed about 8 minutes before the ending. And I didn't have to explain why I was crying for the last 7 minutes of the match. Since Gargano and Ciampa made their Nxt debuts and came together as DIY and had that first round match in the CWC....I can't remember a better thing happening for an extended period of time, although it was broken up for about 8 months for injuries.

Daniel Bryan at WM30 was special but only had what, 3-5 months of super serious build? Maybe even less.

I have a dream that one day, wrestlers who try to lead the crowd in sing-along will not only be roundly rejected but will legitimately have their car tires slashed, even if that requires deranged fans to fly to the workers' homes to complete the task.

No, I’ve never liked him and don’t understand what people see in him. Dark mysterious guy gimmick is one I’ve never gotten into with any wrestler though except maybe Raven.

Caught up on two months worth of NXT over the last week. Still two weeks behind, but they seem to be copying the an Impact storyline with Johnny Gargano. Not enough until he kills the guy. Management tells him it's over and then he goes nuts. Same thing they're doing with Eddie Edwards last I saw.

I hate to see Bret and Martha Hart having this public sniping going on again.

While I always wish they could work out an Owen HOF induction that Martha would be okay with, I will never ever fault her for taking the hard-line stance that she has, and I don't think it's reasonable of Bret to get all vicious with her about it. I understand that he does it out of pain and love for his brother, but God knows that Bret ****ing Hart doesn't have a lot of standing to judge someone else for being a grudge-holder.

I don't know that I've ever seen another example of a referee refusing to break his count while the opponent is actively fighting to keep the other guy on the apron from the inside.

Of course, the point about Bam Bam being a great athlete is totally true, but that botched splash always sticks in my mind regardless just because of how odd it was that he seemingly forgot to jump or something.
