I'm reassured a bit, I guess, assuming Cornette doesn't go scorched earth on them on his podcast or anything. I'm in a bit of a lefty bubble online so probably am overestimating how much people care and the degree of the reaction.
Corny also apologized on Instagram, though in a way where he didn't really admit to being racist:

I think that was a smart way for him to handle it. I've found that the desired apology is usually a no-win scenario for whoever is doing it.
