I'm not saying they are burying KO or anything. I'm just saying I'm always amazed when an lolcenawins happens and I'm shocked by it (like I was here). "We have this credible heel, what do we do?" -> "Cena wins" has been the formula forever and they still get me


Though I guess the adjustment to be made here is changing "when we convince ourselves" to "when I convince myself" since I guess I'm alone here.

This finish makes a lot of sense. Keeps Owens strong and also keeps the US Title strong. You can't really have the Cena lost twice in a row and then let him keep up the fighting champion gimmick.

I think with this finish though it gives them time to seperate for a bit so Owens can drop the NXT title and we get the rubber match at SummerSlam for the US Title which Owens wins. (and with that they probably to some type of stipulation of there is no rematch no matter the outcome).

Knowing WWE, I unfortunately have a very hard time seeing them save the next matchup until SummerSlam.

Them randomly fighting each other twice on Raw between now and SummerSlam seems more likely.

Haven't checked sheet but that's pretty awesome. I paused Network on my tv to shower after KO/Cena and come back, press play, and the cockoff panel says "Primetime Players are the new champs" and I just busted out laughing because of everybody taking Xavier. Going to miss the main event as well sadly, but no chance in hell Seth loses here. Brock/Seth is main eventing SS for the belt.
