For one I'm really not sure that's happening here.

This is obviously a problem and the people who caused that decision to happen sincerely deserve to be impaled with a forklift, but you also certainly don't have to have two people feuding face each other on every PPV if they're going to be this common.

As much as I wanted Owens to win that match, I think the way they booked actually was better for Owens than just pinning him clean. I liked that match from start to finish

I mean the story that just got told is that Cena had to bust out like five different big moves that he never uses in order to finish the job, and was really fortunate not to lose two straight to Owens. I just don't think that can be simplified down to "Owens was fed to Cena."

Obviously if I win the powerball lottery I will get to work at buying WWE and banning all finisher kickouts for multiple years, until I feel that the bookers and road agents are responsible enough to use them again, but that's a different story.
