Any chance we get Kofi/Bryan at WM? Seems like the logical choice now.

To be fair, the ref didnt force a break, Bryan just let go. You can spin it as a fatigued brain forgetting there are no breaks.

He did let go awfully quick for a heel eh?

It certainly makes sense. Bryan doesn't have a program lined up.

Also, good on Bryan booking it out of there as soon as the match was over. Nice to give Kofi the ring for the end.

Sure, but in a world where rope breaks actually exist, and being worn the hell out, I can imagine a quick break if you thought you had won and were disappointed he got there.

So what are the odds we get a Becky Lynch retire or headline WM event at Fastlane? About 100%?

Men's chamber was a hell of a match. I'm in awe of Daniel Bryan going from beloved babyface to heel everyone wants to see lose in just a few months. He's an extremely good pro wrestler. I was already interested in a Bryan/New Day feud just because they seem to stand for everything his character would hate, so I'm curious if they'll go that way given the crowd reaction.

I also liked the Becky segment because I so thought they were going to have her team with Ronda vs. Flair to help Ronda get cheered. That was exactly what she needed after the baffling last couple of weeks. Maybe a little stiff/reckless with the crutch shots, but I'm glad it looked brutal and Charlotte/Ronda are pretty good at taking it.

Kofi Kingston is not getting a WWE title match at Wrestlemania. It'll be at Fastlane. WM will likely be brother-in-law vs. brother-in-law.

I'll never understand the love Samoa Joe gets from this forum, a side from like a 4 month stretch in NXT , all he does is have disappointing matches and cut overrated promos.

Koofi taking the ball and running with is is awesome, due def deserves a push

I was thinking yesterday what kind of odds somebody could have gotten on "Kofi Kingston is the first member of New Day to be world champion" after they debuted.

This push and a subsequent feud with New Day might be a good way to get a legit title run on Big E.

His matches are good and his promos are great. The issue is he's booked like a ****ing moron and keeps losing. WWE basically does everything possible to turn him into nothing and he keeps putting himself back up there. The stuff with Hayman and Lesnar was fantastic. I agree the stuff with AJ was a little dragged out and none of the matches delivered to the extent they could have.

I like Kofi but putting the belt on him would be ridiculous. Yes he's a good wrestler and he's been around a while but that's about it, with wrestlemania coming up it'd be mad.

Name 2 good Samoa Joe matches since he's joined the main roster

Who?

I didn't really enjoy the Chamber match as much as most here because I never felt Bryan was in jeopardy. Kofi wasn't winning the title. I still think it was dumb
that Kofi beat Bryan clean in the first match of the gauntlet Tuesday too.

However, if they are going to continue on this Kofi push through Mania, then all of this makes some sense at least. Even that being said, previous pushes of Kofi as a singles star haven't really gone well. They tried really hard to give him a personality in a feud with Randy Orton about a decade ago. It just doesn't work, no matter what kind of matches he has.

Short term, maybe it will, but there are others they could put in this spot. Rusev was so over, they should have kept him face and given him the Mania spot.

If it's going to be a ND vs DB feud, I wonder if Wyatt or Harper return to play some kind of part in this to even up the sides.

Nobody pays attention to actual matches. Wasn't Brock kind of good? The build for that match was pretty strong at least. Regardless, Joe is probably the only guy on the roster (SD anyway) that makes me believe he might want to kill someone. His promo work is probably unrivaled on that brand.

I wouldn't be able to offer darO an immediate answer if the same question were posed to me, but I'm still very much a Joe fan. I enjoy watching him on the mic and in the ring more consistently than I enjoy almost any of the other talents. Perhaps he does lack for true standout matches, but I rarely find myself bored by him.

His matches with Styles were all very good, just with screwy WWE finishes. His match and promos with Lesnar were awesome. I'm pretty sure he had good matches with Rollins, Zayn, Ali, etc.

Good or great? I struggle to think of many matches that don't rank under good. There are a few good but expecting better matches which in the mind always seem that bit worse. If you mean great I can't think of any that really stand out but they certainly aren't bad. He's definitely had a few multi-man matches which I really enjoyed but he's the guy they always **** over.

Look at the elimination chamber match, he's really good in it BUT they eliminate him first. Jeff Hardy, Orton etc all much worse but they're the guys whereas Joe is a fat Samoan from TNA.

I mean has he ever had a match worse than the miz?

Also whilst I think someone like Rollins is better in the ring (over the couple of years I've watched both) he bores me to death whilst Joe makes me excited.

So as a WWE PPV watcher, I did go from "WTF is Kofi doing in this match" to "I want to see Bryan v Kofi one on one". Kevin Owens being booked to Fastlane looks like we are actually getting Kofi v Bryan for WM
