I just don't understand the reluctance to turn him heal. It's probably a bit too late do it with the current storyline but they really missed a chance to create a monster heel when he was drawing huge heat. Austin, Rock, HHH, Cena, Orton, Punk and Bryan are their biggest stars since the attitude era and all of them initially got over as heels.
