Massive lol if Bork does anything other than squash orton. I mean if Bork's leaving that's one thing, but if he plans on sticking around and you use him to get people like Orton over when he's simultaneously beating people in the UFC you're accomplishing Jack ****. You're trying to appeal to UFC fans (you're even promoting his orton match on a UFC PPV) you have to give them what they want, and not make a mockery out of his real life legitimacy

I can't see Vince's ego letting Brock fight in the UFC.

I still think this is total bs, esp with the summerslam and wwe2k ads all night long. Seemed like a pretty mutual business deal to me. Who knows though, macmahons are nuts

They should have waited till after the fight to name his opponent (if he's not leaving, which I have no reason to believe he is with a contract). I might be the only one, but after reinforcing himself as a monster, I would have liked to have seen him go back to running through the Wyatts at this point. Love to see them lay out the New Day at the compound then see Brock standing in the doorway then maybe the cameras go out and all you hear is loud crashing sounds.

Also, I feel like the reaction above (which I agree with) kind of reinforces an opinion I had in this thread that the outcome of this fight affects his WWE character.

I wonder if the same substances are banned for both WWE and UFC. If he used something illegal in UFC, but legal in WWE, Vince has a big grin on his face now.

I think part of his appeal is that he's such an unrelenting prick

This and I think people understand that 1) he works his ass off every single time he's out there to give the fans what they came to see and 2) he's honest about it just being business. Nothing wrong with that approach. Compare that to Roman who says he's "getting rich" because he's related to The Rock and doesn't ever passionately speak about wrestling in real interviews. It's easy to see why Roman gets flack for his comments and Brock does not.

Wouldn't that actually make the WWE look bad? The test was through USADA standards, which seems legit and credible to me, and if it is true and Brock failed his test, wouldn't the vultures question WWE's approach to their testing and the wellness policy, especially when Cena, who apparently keeps all of his test results done by WWE, hasn't failed one and looks really ripped?

There's no reason for WWE to test for all that other stuff. Olympic athletes have been banned for over the counter flu meds, those rules have to be so strict because dopers are always finding new ways to cheat. WWE tests aren't to prevent someone gaining a competitive advantage, it's to stop unnecessary deaths. Very different reasons for testing.

^^ Hmmm, all right. I was a bit confused regarding WWE's approach of testing.

Dirtsheets saying it was for an asthma medication he's been prescribed for years.

I'd been wondering if some of the anti-inflammatory medications he might have had to use for his diverticulitis were too close to PEDs (some might be steroidal in nature).

Also, how the hell does a monster like that, who can go like he can have asthma? Shouldn't we see him blowing up all the time?

Yeah, that's extremely interesting to me. Wouldn't his iron man match wreak havoc on asthma? I realize he could've gotten it later but still. Wrestling is insane for needing air (even in comparison to other sports) despite it being fake athletics.

Might it explain why he turned scarily purple during that one match. I thought he was going die.

Perhaps the anti-asthma medication is really effective.

Here's the source for the lazy, it's someone (claiming to be) from his training camp (typos copy + pasted):

Quote:
“As many of you know I train with Brock and have brought to this board alot of inside information on camp and his comeback. Towards the end of camp we kept things fun and did alot of outdoor conditioning in Alexandria MN. This caused a severe reaction one day with Mr. LESNAR. He literally would not stop hyperventilating for almost 10 minutes after 5 rounds of hill sprints mixed with kettlebell work. Brock suffers from whats called RAD otherwise known as Reactive airway disease his doctor for years has prescribed him.

Advair Diskus which helps him breathe during the late spring and Summer months here in Minnesota when he has episodes. lostly when farming. This drug is classified as Beta-2 Agonists. So this is why he got popped by USADA.

Its really just a formality though because he should of been give a TUE just like people do who have ADHD and take Adderall that fight in the UFC or other pain killers for injuries. He passed the other 7 tests and was not using any GH or Anabolic agents of any kind which everyone is assuming.

He did not take this medication while in Las Vegas because he breathes well in that climate so this gave him no special advantages over Mark Hunt! Just wanted to clear the air over here once again you heard it first from me! I have other members here who can verify that I train with Brock.

Thanks,

D2″
