Jones is definitely in the top 2 fighters in the world but he isn't throwing Overeem anywhere, he would struggle to take him down imo and whilst he might land more strikes on the feet Overeem needs to land less significant strikes to end it.

at their current weights yes, but jones would put on weight to fight overeem. he has two brother's who are pro and d1 defensive tackles. they weigh 313 and 265. I think jones could easily put on 30 pounds of muscle to fight overeem not to mention the weight he cuts already. The reem is still a physical specimen but jones could hang with him at that weight. A+ striking plus A+ wrestling beats A++ striking and C- wrestling in my book not to mention that even at that weight jon jones's gas tank>>>>>>overeem.
jon jones loses a lot of his height reach and strength advantage he has at 205 but he is still just so much faster fitter and better wrestler.
